"My daughter had been begging to get her hair dyed purple / pink. I agreed to let her do peek-a-boo highlights. I brought her to Tricoci in Libertyville to see Kate Cluster. I 1000% recommend her! Truly could not recommend her enough. Not only did she consult me about my daughter's hair, but she got down on my daughter's level and made sure the colors were exactly what she wanted, asked about the placement and was incredibly patient. Kate gave my daughter as many breaks as needed, made her laugh and even put a movie on the iPad for her (after asking me if it was okay). She went above and beyond, was professional, courteous, and kind. My daughter is beyond obsessed with her hair and has received a ton of compliments. I can't recommend Kate enough!"
