Always takes too long - food is good but come on, over 10 minutes for 1 big zax snack?!

This is literally the worst Zaxby ever. I honestly would rather make the drive to any other location !

Very poor service. Fries were old, chicken tenders stale, we ordered a sand without Bacon and they put bacon upon showing them he very nicely opened the sandwich and took off the bacon and handed it back to us, like seriously he did that. And the worse thing is the gen manager did thisA no no place for food. The restroom is pathetic there is no latch inside they have put a rubber band and we have to roll the rubber and around the hook to shut the door .

Our order was correct, but took really long to come out. I'm not sure if Zaxby's is necessarily prepared for their Online deals, but I still do love them. The staff was working really hard to make sure everyone got their orders in a timely manner, though I want to specifically compliment Octavia's customer service. She was so sweet and attentive.

Ordered a meal for my family dine-in. Check closed at 4:00pm exactly. 55min later, no food. This wasn't a staffing issue, they had plenty of people here. They are just not capable of operating the restaurant.

Avoid this place at all cost. I will not be back.

I ordered from DoorDash and was HOT! The food was packed closed, but the drink was handed to me. I had to toss both drinks in the garbage. COVID IS REAL, so if you're going to be sending food, you need to protect the consumers that is ordering from your business.

Also, I said no chicken and still received it. I do NOT eat chicken. This was a waste of money. My son's food was cold as well.

Firat issue was the speed, this is literally one of the slowest fast food joint on the planet. Then second issue was they forgot my 2 extra zax sauce, which by the way I paid for. Whatever I guess it happens but then I get home and I have NO FRIES?!?!?!? I said extra toast instead of cole slaw, which is an extremely normal thing to do at zaxbys. How does one interpret this as no fries? That was literally my last straw. Will never go to this location again. There is another one on Buford highway pretty close. Completely worth avoiding this location and going there.

I was very indecisive about what I was gonna have for lunch today. I didn't pack one, already struck out at Moe's across the street, didn't feel like a big old greasy burger...I thought I'd give this Zaxby's a shot due to the convenience in location for me.

I was very hesitant as some Yelpers on here were saying that they kept getting raw chicken. This is obviously very disturbing and something to be looked for carefully. However, I didn't want to waste more time just looking for a spot to eat, then running out of time to actually consume my meal.

I decided to order the 5pc chicken fingers meal with an unsweetened iced tea and ranch + Zax sauce for my dipping. In hindsight, 4 pieces or even a kid's meal would have been plenty. The pieces of chicken are pretty big and you get filled up quickly as the meals are super carb-loaded: French fries, Texas toast, sweet coleslaw, plus the breading on the chicken of course. To add insult to injury, I added on cheese curds (the fried white cheddar bites) as a side.

To my thankful surprise, everything was fully cooked and seasoned perfectly - not greasy at all, yet tender. I think they could've filled up the cole slaw container a little fuller, as you'll see from my picture, but other than that no real complaints at all. I'm surprised I liked this meal even better than the one my fiancé and I got from the Berkeley Lake location. This being only my second time at Zaxby's, I'm still learning what's good and about portions. However, with my first impression of this location being a good one, I would come again. My only advice is be careful coming in and out of the lot. It's right off busy Chamblee-Tucker and you could really get nailed pulling in or out if not cautious.

This place sucks with everything. Slow, bad service, out of everything, etc. The fast food took more than 45 mins... and they aren't short staffed. They just suck.

Just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cars to move before I finally left. Went inside, they had 4 orders on the screen with 6 people standing in line, most who had been in the drive thru. After waiting there for 10 minutes, during which time they took no orders, I left and went to Wendy's. This used to be my go-to chicken spot on Sunday when Chick-fil-A is closed. I won't be back.
