Very cosy and welcoming traditional pub. Food can be expensive but on the several occasions I've eaten there it is superb and the portions are generous. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have a meal in the Peak District. Good range of beer and plenty of space to seat a large number of people. Close to Peak District attractions such as Lady Bower.
