Wrightsville Beach Brewery

This place blew me away with their food. Not what you expect from a brewery these days but they killed it!
The beer was perfectly chilled, the food was fresh and delicious! The bartender was fantastic also!
Highly recommend!

We drive by here every time we're in Wilmington but never realized it was a place I'd also bookmarked here on Yelp. We stopped by last Monday for lunch with our pup, Sunny.

We sat on the patio, which is at the entrance and basically in the parking lot, but we weren't uncomfortable. Nearly every party that left the restaurant stopped by to pet Sunny or make a friendly comment so we felt very welcomed.

Service was really friendly and effective. As soon as we were sat, the server brought Sunny a bowl of water. Really thoughtful and appreciated.

The food was *mainly* standard pub fare but really fresh. I enjoyed an appetizer & salad. The app was 4 perfectly fried oysters, each one atop some really tasty collards. It was a nice nod to the South. My salad was good and my husband enjoyed his burger.

As you would expect, beer is king here. They have a huge selection of their (and other) local brews. One thing you wouldn't expect though, but I really appreciated, was the selection of low & no alcohol brews. But I was super impressed with the selection of 0 proof cocktails. As mentioned, totally unexpected but love it!

We are local. This is our give it one more shot time since our first trip was not the best (2 weeks after opening)

Awesome, great food! Wife had sliders, i had tenders ( only bc I thought they would be a small portion and i wasn't starved, i was wrong). Son had cheese pizza (delicious). Wife's beer was cold. I tried their potato cake, so good.


Service was great too.

Always have great experiences here. But they need root beer.

A good first visit. We enjoyed our meal and great service. Place was clean. We happened to hit it on a Sunday around lunch. There was a family event in the neighboring courtyard so the restaurant was full of young people. Not sure that it is the norm but it certainly made the atmosphere active.

Arrived late after driving from Phila on our way to Charleston.

We were seated immediately which was a plus after the 9 hour drive. Our waitress, Parker, was very helpful, she offered me a beer (IPA) that wasn't on the menu yet and helped us make our food selection. Fish tacos for my wife and daughter and I had the fried shrimp. Everything was good, not great, we cleaned our plates. Food was fresh and nicely presented. We also split a mixed green salad.

The beer was called Ales for ALS, certainly a good cause and a decent IPA but not hazy or citrusy.

The parking lot is treacherous, deep pot holes and ruddy, be careful. A layer of gravel would be nice so you don't have to track in wet dirt on your shoes.

Small craft beer selection - I wish they had a few ciders to have tried. They have a full bar so if beer or wine is t your thing you can order any drink you want.

The food was delicious and came out within a short time from ordering. Our waitress made sure that our glasses stayed full and kept checking back with us to make sure we were okay.

We have breweries near home but nothing as nice as this. I love the food and the service offered. Can't wait to come back and try other amazing options.

We love the cauliflower appetizer. I really enjoy the oyster app with kimchi collards. Unique pizzas, burgers, and seafood. Shrimp and grits aren't my favorite. However, everything else on the menu is great. Service is always quick and great.

We stopped in here for a last minute dinner decision after running some errands around Wilmington.

It was about 8p and we had our kiddos with us so it was important to us at that point in the evening to find a kid friendly spot. Based on a few Yelp reviews and the photos of the pizza we decided on Wrightsville Beach Brewery and we're so glad we did.

There were a few other families dining when we walked in and we were immediately seated since the rush had died down. It's essentially one large room with a divider to separate low and high tables.

I ordered a draft beer that was a Raspberry Wheat I believe and it was delicious. We got a Sweat Heat and the crab cake pizza and they both vastly exceeded our expectations. They were so tasty with well balanced flavors that we've already talked about going back!

Super happy with our last minute choice and will return!

Wow what can I say this place is amazing! Not only do the have beer on tap they also have whiskey as well. They have a nice selection of food and I had pizza which was amazing and my husband went with wings. I also had the corn hash because I wanted to try it. Glad I did it was good! If you really want the feel of local this is it! Great atmosphere with welcoming host , waiters and waitresses upon your arrival.
If you need a place for birthdays, etc this is it ask your waitress/ waiter and they'll be glad to assist you.
It's an amazing place and I will be back!

We came here on Thanksgiving weekend with family that came to visit for the holiday. What a great place! We had pizza, my in laws had a sandwich and everybody left full and happy. Great selection of brews and other drinks, fabulous service and a very cool atmosphere make this a new stop on our "rotation" for sure! Must try!
