Woodie's Wash Shack - Cypress Creek

Best car wash in the Wesley Chapel / Lutz area! Staff is helpful and attentive which I feel is very important for a drive through hands free car wash.

We have several car washes in a small radius I choose Woodies because of the cost and how my car is always shining after. The staff is friendly and helpful with drying off your car! They offer towels and cleaning solutions for your vehicle. Kevin is awesome and quick to help and offer assistance.

Meh. First impression, the blowers aren't strong enough. The $14 cheap wash is not as good as Tidal wave.
The car wash is new, so everything is shiny and works. I love car washing my Truck and I always swing in to a new one. They do have bug prewash stations but Tidal wave has People to do that for you. Woodies has a sink with a brush, help yourself!
I moved on to the pay station with videos of sexy Ladies dancing in the car wash or something. I noticed after the cool conveyor belt and the red lights flashing that my truck had a lot of water still on it. Maybe they turn down the air blower for the cheap wash?
Tidal wave cheap wash is $10, they pre-wash for you, and the blowers get you almost dry.(my mirrors have droplets)
Woodies does the job, but not as well as some, for the price.
I won't be coming back.

Kevin and his team are always SO friendly and helpful! Always a smile upon arriving, great service with helping dry my car (usually Kevin), and a friendly wave upon leaving. Love that this location is so clean (like other locations in the Tampa Bay Area), and the best part is that the vacuums have great suction and do not make loud squealing noises like at other locations. This location is my favorite, and I've been to 4 other locations in the area. Great place - highly recommend!

I absolutely love taking my car to woodies to get washed. The services are great. Customer service is excellent I'm always greeted with respect and the employees are always polite. As soon as you pull up to the vacuum area you're instantly greeted by someone and they help wipe down your car. I'm always recommending them to others

I've tried 4 times to sign up for their monthly plan. At the location on 54 in Odessa 3 mangers tried to use their iPad to sign me up. Both times it failed after I paid and came back for wash. Called Corporate recorded message left message no one called back. Called again got a snarky person named Kristen after waiting on hold for 20 minutes for the " Perfect Person" to help me. Kristen was no help she didn't want to resolve the problem, she just talked back and hung up the phone. Hey you guys at Woody's Corperate listen to the tape you tape conversations for "Quality Assurance" that's a joke. Anyway got a call from Kristen at Woody's yesterday 11/18 1 month later, 1 month‼she leaves another useless message saying they discovered the problem and to call her Kristen " the perfect person" back to resolve the problem. WELL, 2 calls in 24 hours and due to the "High Call Volume " 2 more voice messages left by me and the "Perfect Person" hasn't called me back. Hey, I could go on but at the end of the day I just want to get my car washed and spend my hard earned money at a competent car wash. That ain't Woody's so lots of new car washes opening up on 54 and around closer and will probably take my cash and have brushes for their pre wash stations.

Today was my first time washing my car at Woodie's Wash Shack. When comparing Woodie's to Tidal Wave, I would have to give the edge to Tidal Wave for both price and convenience. A basic wash is $12 at Tidal Wave while the same wash is $14 at Woodie's. At Tidal Wave all customers are able to dry their vehicle under a canopy while at Woodie's, only members are allowed to do so. This makes a big difference when the sun is shining brightly, and the temperature is in the 90s. However, Noel and Matt provide great customer service when helping dry your vehicle, the wash is in line with what you get at Tidal Wave, and so are the vacuum cleaners. Now that I live in Land O Lakes, I will likely continue to use Woodie's rather than driving to Oldsmar - will just make it a point to go early morning vs. later in the day.

Thought I'd try it because it was on the easy side of the road. More expensive than others. Very tight to drive through with a large car. Tire shine coverage was spotty. "Clean" towels stunk were wet and musty. Car smells on the inside. Vacuums were good. I would go up the road to clean machine. Less $$...It's a better value and better wash.

As far as carwashes go this one is like the others. However the attendants were very friendly and personable. The wash itself was very good but I did not have time to vacuum and try out those cleaners. The car wash did clean the car/van well.
