They don't follow requested delivery time ordered. I placed an order around 7:00pm to have it delivered at 8:15 because I wanted my food warm when my spouse comes home from work. After 10mins I got notification that food will be delivered soon 7:45, so it will be cold and not enjoyable to eat by the time my partner comes home. I am not understanding whats the point of them asking to be deliver at later time if they wont follow it. GO TO BELLFLOWER LOCATION ITS GREAT THERE!

I went a few minutes ago and I Ordered online. I payed for 2 ranch and I checked the bag and there was no ranch so I told her that it wasn't in the bag. And she's like "It should be on the side so I told her" and I gave her the bag and she took it in a rude way, then checking like if I was lying about 2 freaking ranch when I just told her then she was checking like weirdo. Ridiculous

I went today (3-6-2024) to get boneless wings and got the Lemon Pepper flavor. They were sitting in a pound of grease. It looks and tastes disgusting. Does anyone know where I can complain to corporate and get my money back. With high prices they should try and keep their customers satisfied or at least get what we pay for. I will add a picture. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Ordered my food online to pick up...took them a minute to acknowledge me when i walked in. Order wasnt ready even tho i gave them an extra 5min after my pick up time.
THEN i come home to find my 10pc wings to be ONLY 9...plus this! What is this a wing tip? Also after taking a few bites into my food, the seasoning for my lemon pepper wings were far less than par compared to other locations ive been to.
Im leaving an extra star ONLY because my son's boneless wings were ok

Every time I give this location another chance, I always regret it. Wings were cold, and soggy. And my daughter got this date sticker in her fries. Completely disappointed. This sticker has the date of Thursday, 10/19. Today is Sunday, 10/22.

This is the second time I've had FEATHERS in my chicken wings. I also ordered them well done so they could be crispy, unfortunately it was soaked with oil and extra sauce so they were soggy. The fries were also soggy and limp. I think I will start going to a different location, so I can save my money and appetite because $57 is too much to throw away.

I just ordered through door dash- 2 combos and an 8pc order. Food arrived and of course no ranch (which is included in my combos) and no utensils. No ranch with wings?!

Adding an update....I was told from the shift lead Erika that I would have my refund within 3 days And I have yet to hear from anyone other than the Roni auto reply that all the other posts have gotten. I am really hoping that all locations re not like this, but it speaks a lot for the company name. I received no food and have yet to be issued a refund. Terrible business practices.

When I called the restaurant to have them make the order right I was refused help and was hung up on. After 3 failed attempts to speak with a shift lead on the phone, I drove to the location to return my order. They took the food back, but did not issue me a refund. No one at the location would give me their names or a managers name to speak with. I left with no food and the store keeping my $72. I have reached out online for someone for support and am still awaiting a return call or email.
