First time eating at WingStop. Little bit of a wait, but employees were friendly and looked to be productive. Food was being cooked and at least 2 other members cleaning.

We order online and never got our order! We went to the location and waited for our food. We were waiting for a long time and tried to ask the worker how long it would be. The lady behind the counter deliberately ignored us and would not help us. We tried multiple times and she would not give us the time of day. We have NEVER have a good experience here. This location is horrible.

This was the worst food ever. Walked in and smelled grease burning. Could see it smoking. The food had the burnt grease taste. The fry's where over cooked hard AF. I'm not saying no more other than a nasty unclean place. Don't waste your time if your hungry. I threw it away instead of giving it to my yard dogs. That's how bad it was. They didn't even deserve to eat food that bad.

Went to this place earlier today as I was just passing through. Everyone seemed nice. I placed my order and once I patiently awaited for about 30 minutes my order came. I get back to the hotel room and look into my box and I have all fried chicken. Only one; lemon pepper, was what I ordered! I called up there and and after a brief hood; I explained what was going on and they requested I come back. I could not come back as I was passing through and on the other side of town. I requested a credit on my AmEx I charged the food on. The young lady stated that she would do that. Somehow; afterwards, we got disconnected. I waited thinking she would call me back but she didn't. I called back. I explained things to the caller who once again put me on hold and said wait two seconds. 20 minutes later; I'm still waiting so I called on another line. I was told to hold on and I said I demand to speak with someone now because I held on and was still holding on on the other line. I was either placed on hold or hung up on. The professionalism was not good and I'll definitely dispute the charge; plain and simple! Smh! So this how y'all do it in Hattiesburg? Talk about a waste of time; yeah, I'm pissed so I came to YELP!

This used to be one of my favorite wing places, but now they can't seem to get anything right. Last time I ordered lemon pepper wings they gave me the thigh bites and I was mad but I was too tired to go back. This time I ordered lemon pepper wings again only to get thigh bites. So I went inside to get my order fixed, waited a lil bit and got my stuff. They put it in a different box that was a wing box so I thought it was good, but when I opened it it was still thigh bites. It's such a waste of my money and it's just absolutely infuriating. Not to mention the fries are always soggy under seasoned and overall nasty.

Do not order from this unprofessional group working this restaurant!!!!! They forgot a part of an online order and would not give us either part of the order nor our money bag. And laughed at us while we were on the phone. Not just the so called manager on the phone but laughters from the rest of the horrible crew. If I could get no stars I would!!!!!!

I tried to place an order on line to pay when I picked up my wings because I have cash and the site said online payment only. I tried to call and place the Order 3 times and they picked up and hung up. 7/15/20 between 12 and 12:15.

Placed an online order tonight and it said to pick it up in 16 to 25 minutes. Went in the store 20 minutes later and had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get my order. Heard the manager state to a customer that they were under new management and that it was so much better now. Received my order, took it home and it was incorrect plus the soda machine was putting out product that didn't even taste like what it was supposed to be and was too nasty to drink. Doesn't look like the new management has it in order yet.

Ordered several times and my order is never correct. The wings are good but don't order fries. I've never gotten crispy fried. It's almost liked they are dropped in oil for a sec and that's it. They are very oily and soggy. They always give wrong dipping sauce so be sure to check.
