Wingstop

This location has normally been pretty good about giving out 15% discount to military & veterans. I've been coming here for the past year and have always received the discount, but today, on April 5th, I got 10% shortly after the afternoon rush.
Their military discounts are all over the place when I've ordered. In the past, they've given 15, sometimes 20 percent off. I, along with other veterans, would appreciate it if management were all on the same page. That is all, no games, just consistency.

I recently online ordered two Cajun chicken sandwich meal deals and received two buffalo sandwiches. The fries didn't come with the mix of sauces they usually have for the meal deal. I think I received someone else's order. I usually really like the Cajun chicken sandwich meal and it's always cooked to perfection. However these sandwiches were very soggy as well as the fries.

I visited your North Main Street location today, approximately 3PM.

Gal refused to take my order --- there were visibility issues of other customers present.

I commented to one of the other fellows, Mike, about I've never seen a business that refused to take someone's order.

She had NO IDEA what I was going to order.

Mike commented that he never seen anything like it before either.

I'll never be back!

I the service is very slow and the place is not very clean and the prices of the chicken is not worth it I give it to STARZ

I placed an online order at 3:15 for pick up at 4:15. I ordered the latto meal (garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub) plus 5 extra bone in wings and 5 boneless. We got there early at 4:00 thinking we would wait 15 more mins since it's not suppose to be done yet. My husband went inside and it was already done. Giving this place 1 star bc the whole meal was not fresh! They must have made it when the order went through without looking or caring about the pick up time. Our dry rub wings and fries were not crispy and soggy! Never coming back here. Don't waste your time placing an online order. If you want hot fresh food, order in store and wait for it!

They forgot to give me ranch . The whole reason I order from there is for the ranch I paid EXTRA for ranch and still ain't get it . AND I left tip . Why ya always gotta mess up my food ! I ain't even get my drink ! I love wingstop but ya always manage to mess it up . I'm not leaving tip anymore cause this wingstop sucks .

Very irratating, wanted to simply order wings and was told Orders were only being taken by phone. Good food poor custermer service.

Fries well done, nice and seasoned and hot bone in wings nice and covered with the sauce. Also wings were well done.

Lemon pepper wings don't question it in fact don't even think about it just do it and thank me, god, and your ancestors later for the opportunity to taste such deliciousness .
