Russ at Wilkins Automotive is wonderful. He made "lemonade out of a lemons" situation for me. My son was in need of a new used vehicle which came with time constraints. Automotive is not my forte, I do know some things and educate myself on issues that need to be addressed, but it's not like the love I have for decorating a home or decorating for a party/holiday gathering. Anyway, Russ made this whole experience enjoyable, comfortable, and easy. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions with concise and clear answers. Upon arriving to see the car, it was exceptionally clean and ready for me to test drive. He is very personable, courteous (kudos to your Mother : ) ), honest, and sincere, and his vehicles are exactly what he states them to be.
