Bobby and Frank are the best, they always go above and beyond to get their clients back on the road fast.
If it's either inspection, oil change, tire service whatever it maybe to get service done quickly and efficiently they know best how to. I've been to a few other places, and hands down they Tire Empire and NRS are by far the best. Between quality and loyalty the true team in the industry. No haggle no hassle at all. Thanks again for all you guys are about. True Pro's!!!!!

We only come here for an occasional Nail in our tire.
They do patch work from the inside of the tire which is what we love. So there is no plugs
Friendly staff ..we were originally recommended to this place by another company which is also good.
Depending on how crowded the waiting area gets you may have to wait a little while and that's part of life so keep calm. but they do good work for what we get done here.

I love these guys. The service is always honest and straightforward. They don't try to charge you on stuff. You don't need.

They're so unbelievably slow. They take hours just to change one damn tire. There's a faster place down the street but they're tire guy is never there.

Went in to talk about a lift kit for my Jeep Renegade with Vinny, he was knowledgeable and took time to talk to me with it being super busy! He showed my options with kits tires and wheels spent about an hour talking and I was sold. Gave me a great price! Gave them my car first thing on Monday morning and it was ready noon Tuesday !
Truck looks amazing and will be back as recommended after 500 miles to make sure everything is still tight on the kit and tires !

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Just watching the workers in the front desk area deal with the customers made me feel at ease. They are very patient and explain everything. People come in non stop and they smile and greet everyone. The owner Rob is an absolute gentleman. I have been in there a bunch of times and have always left satisfied. Most recently I went in because I heard a noise coming from the front tire. They could have told me it was anything but they put a clamp on something and didn't even charge me.
When I did my rims and tires they walked me through the whole process. What I could do , what i shouldn't do etc . They could have upsold me on everything but they kept it simple and sold me exactly what I wanted. Nothing is cheap nowadays and it sucks . We overpay for everything so as long as I'm treated kindly and I get a what is expected without getting jerked around it means a lot. There's a reason why this place has been around so long and I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

The place has been around forever and once you go there you will know why. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all things relating to your vehicle. The prices are fair and they will explore all avenues to see if the job can be done for less. This place will definitely get return visits from my family and I.

Sent my son w his car for oil change n inspection. Disappointed in their handling. Gave a2007 Camry a $90 oil change. A good mechanic would advise you of unnecessary expenses. That was not necessary. They told me he specifically asked for it, he doesn't know the difference in oils.
Car failed inspection. Offered to diagnose problem for $180 n keep the car for several days to repair. We declined n why would you do $100 oil change in a car that failed inspection.
Taking advantage. No longer trustworthy Sorry to say it.

If any of you is looking for a place where to get your car fixed this is the one. I live in Brooklyn but I'm deff coming back to Staten Island just for this place.
