This location has slowly been improving. Customer service and quality of food is much better than it has been in the past. I live and work in this area so I visit here frequently out of pure convenience. Now in the past I have waited forever to get something as simple as just chicken nuggets. They've always been short staffed and still are but today idk who was in the kitchen but my burger came out neat lettuce was fresh and crisp, fries were hot. This should be every meal. The store could definitely use some renovations and TLC as you can see in the photos the menu needs to be cleaned and the screen has never worked but other than that it seems like they are trying to get better. Also for some reason I'm the drive thru they never give a receipt. Something they also need to work on.

It's bothersome and rude that the employees ask you to back up from the drive thru window while you're waiting on your food. I've had this happen before. Tonight I was asked twice because I moved my car forward again after asking myself why am I being asked to move. The second employee comes outside waving a large pan, demanding that I back my car up. I'm not sure if they are manipulating a timer, if they did not want me looking in the window, or if the angry woman wanted to bash my window. Whatever the reason please don't treat me as if I've done anything wrong by driving up to the window to receive the food. Isn't that the normal procedure?

Ordered last night and got a moldy bun. @Wendy's this not acceptable. The staff were playing around and yelling at each other. Where is the manager of this place? I understand they can't always be there but they should have an assistant manager handling things. #Wendy's on Rock Quarry is awful.

Just came from Wendy's on Rock Quarry Rd, Stockbridge GA. purchased 5 biggie bag meals , 2 Pretzel Burger Combos and 1 Gave's Tripple....paid 81.76.
We were shorted 1 chrispy chicken BLT, 3 fries and 2 sets of nuggets, the food that we got was cold and stale. The manager asked the young employee if the order was completed twice and he replied "YES" both times. This is becoming like McDonald's where i live in McDonough GA. That is why I don't go to Mc Donald's anymore. Wendy's is about to be added to that list. Like McDonald's no matter how many times you call their phone number no one answers. Suggestion: Take the phone number off of your site, doesn't make any sense having it there.

Please be aware of your Food total, cashiers are adding on extra charges without advising customers, and when you ask why they come up with all types of excuses. So please check the price and your receipt accordingly.

SAVE YOURSELF and do NOT come to this location!! Told the drive thru was closed, but worked fine to tell me there was strawberry salads. Go inside where I wait no joke, 14 mins for someone to finally tell me there wasn't. The floor was sticky, no one had hairnets, employees were cussing and hanging out. What an embarrassment for this establishment. It needs to be shut down!

We just waited at the counter for 20 minutes and were not helped. The manager ignored our presence and never spoke (both us and the other customers in line). There were multiple workers but they took this entire time to make two burgers for someone in the drive through and one order for someone else. No one said, Be right with you or indicated that they even wanted customers or had any intention of getting to us. We left and went to Dairy Queen.

Just because you think you have an excuse to give poor service is no reason to give poor service. Just because I'm a minority does not mean I deserve less effort. It also is not a pass to give less effort. I don't care what color you are, good customer service knows no color. I demand good service from every business I use regardless of who is serving or ignoring me in this case.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The biggest problem is not that they got my order wrong but the attitude I received from the female who approached me at the drive thru. Her attitude was so terrible I just asked for a refund to my card to end the conversation that was going NO WHERE. I will be leaving a through review at www.talktowendys.com.
