Anything to knock your ratings down since I can't get the DoorDash orders why does this place exist again it shouldn't lazy no good people in there should just shut it down altogether all they do is just sit there and talk all day anyway you don't do any actual work
And the food is always cold. Every time I go through there for myself it's location sucks zero stars. And the only reason you got a one star is because it's required. That should tell you how crummy this location is. And look at who you got managing it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 29, 2023Previous reviewIt's quite obvious that your food sucks at this location not only that but you employees get kind of crummy with the DoorDash people they don't like to actually do their jobs and goof off all the time maybe you consider shutting this location down for good because nobody around there actually does any of the work anyways. Went through there tonight to try to get a DoorDash for somebody else real crummy very crummy matter-of-fact just shut it down and by the way, the food I get there it always sucked.

My mom's burger was sloppy my barbecue sauce and my ranch were wide open and spilled all over the bag and then I got a cold brew and it taste like nothing but coffee no sweetness I ordered caramel there was no Caramell in my drink coffee was all over my cup and made it sticky on my hands and my fries were stale as a rock and y'all gave me nine nuggets instead of 10 do better or I will be calling the FDA I don't usually complain because I go here almost every day or three times a week. Let this be the last time y'all try me please and thank you and if I could give y'all -5 stars, trust me, I would do better Wendy's.

waited in line for 20 mins for a doordash order when i decided to walk into the building and told the employee i had a doordash order just for said employee to not only talk to me with attitude but try to tell me how long i'd been waiting.

Went through drive through. Discovered after card was run I was charged for 2 meals, not the 1 I ordered. The window clerk, Jessica, and bagger (who I was told was the manager Sierra) then proceeded to have a fight in front of me. Sierra told Jessica to take money out of the register to give it back but since she ran my card Jessica didn't want to do that, Sierra said many times "I don't care" and said she didn't care that I was sitting right there, too. I asked to speak to her, she stormed off, Jessica was obviously frustrated and upset. She told me I had to call Corporate to get my money back. They don't pick up the phone. The restaurant won't pick up the phone. Also, food was cold by the time I got to eat it less than 5 minutes after this experience. I understand restaurants are short staffed right now and tensions are high, but there is no excuse for this behavior. I'd just like to get my money back from being charged double for two meals instead of one at this point.

Slow service, cold fries and a cr*ppy burger, could not even finish it. The quality of Wendy's has gone down the toilet. At this point I would rather eat McDonald's.

This is quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. So many things went wrong I can't even begin to write it all down. Just best to avoid this place.

Blahh....skip this place. I needed someplace that was open late for a quick meal. Unfortunately, either because my husband and I were there late or because they just don't care about what they serve customers, we had room temp nuggets, fries, and a baconator which were all stale and dried out. I don't think I've ever had nuggets from Wendy's that were this bad. Not amazing friendly service either.

literally wish i could give negative stars. i used the order ahead option and when i got there they told me they didnt have my order. the lady was incredibly rude and treated me as if it was my fault. she asked me to pull forward and she would bring the food out shortly. when she brings it out she forgot our frosty so i said "ma'am out frosty" and she rolls her eyes but she goes and gets it. when she comes back out she basically throws it at me. I know being short staffed is hard, i know working during the pandemic is hard. i had plenty of patience and wasnt blaming anything on her, but the wag she treated me was not right at all. totally would not recommend going to this wendys.

This Wendy's is one of the worst I have eaten at I went to this location twice now giving it a second chance both times the fries were soggy and old as well as burger being cold as well. I do a lot of work out of town and also eat at different places while working locally. I really like Wendy's most of the time but this location needs some serious overhauling weather it be personal or Managament, sorry to give it a bad reputation but it's been twice and no change.

Oh my goodness... Shut this place down... I've never been so disappointed over a burger in my life... We're are officially done with Wendy's...I wish I had of checked the reviews before even pulling in the lot...We're ordered the beaconator combos...what a joke everything on the bun was old.. and I mean old... nothing was fresh and it was supposed to Have six strips of bacon... guess what it had... only two pieces broken in halfs, are you kidding me...what type of manager lets this kind of service even cross the counter... and what type of franchise owner runs this type of business... where they are literally ripping paying customers off...I sure hope Wendy reads this because evidently she doesn't know this is happening... signed; you'll never get me again... and ps... one star is pushing it to the limit.
