Came for the strawberry frosty and spicy chicken sandwich (consistent flavor)

Well its lunch time with my coworkers and we ran over here to Wendy's!
LORD HAVE MERCY!
I ordered a jr cheese burger delux
And jr frosty total $2.13
I only had a $20
My change $17.80
Wait...what...umm excuse me the change is not correct.
Girl behind the counter: we dont have the right change, do you want a manager?
Me: Yes please!
Well the manager never came but surprisingly she found the correct change.
If you cant count money, dont work at a register!
I have a headache

This is not my usual Wendy's, but it was on our way home. I really debated between 2 and 3 stars. The drive thru line wasn't long, but the wait was. I had 2 cars in front of me, 1 had already ordered, but it took around 15 minutes between ordering and receiving our food. The woman at the window was agitated with the staff who were slacking, but was friendly towards me. Short staffed possibly. The food was decent, the fries weren't really fresh, which was unfortunate, but my chicken sandwich was good. I've also noticed that Wendy's sweet tea has a strange after taste, which wasn't always the case. New brand maybe.
I probably will not visit this location again.

Ordering my food here has been the worst experience ever. Management needs to conduct a full inspection of their late night staff. For some reason they are arguing loud in front of the customers. It was so loud the person at the register couldn't even hear me order my food. My food arrived with missing items and with an added piece of undesired item. When I opened my bag I found a fly sitting on my salad. This location needs to help. So I advise management to do some serious checks on the staffing.

The employees are horrible. Was scared to even eat the food thinking they spit in it with how disrespectful they were even though we were kind and patient. Save the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Worst Wendy's in all of the planet. Waited over 20 minutes inside to get my order right. No ketchup at the supply section, most of the sodas were not
Available. Staff was not knowledgeable of the menu... including the manager. Manager watched as cold items and wrong orders were returned and did not Intervene. Dirty tables, wet floor...Disaster!!! Franchise owners need to get it together. Other customers experienced issue after issue with their order. Save yourself some aggravation and go elsewhere

I pulled up to drive thru at 11:47
No one saying anything
I pulled up by the window I saw a lady standing there
I honked my horn
She went the other direction like she didn't see me or hear
Same thing with the cars behind me
We all left
That's ridiculous

Recently renovated, clean and friendly staff. Super friendly staff with tons of personality. Orders were correct and food tasted good!
