Wendy's

The workers were very nice when I explained that I needed my nuggets in a container because they were for my elderly sick cat who is currently eating very little at all. They said they had heard people buying nuggets for their dogs but never their cat. Figured I'd leave a picture and a review to show them that he enjoyed them very much.

I usually love this location! That being said, I went through the drive-thru the other night and it took them over 30 minutes to even take my order. My lemonade had no ice in it. And when I got home to eat my salad, I found a bug in it! I'm usually not the person to write bad reviews, but when I get a bug in my food, that's when I feel like a review is worth it.

Food was fine but the chick working the register at drive thru was sooo rude. I don't know who spit in her drink that morning. And then when I get to the window she is taking a person call and screaming on the phone. Step away if you are doing that.

Second time we've visited in the past few months. Will not go back! They will not accept or help with T-Mobile offer. First time they were so long, no workers, someone locked the doors and didn't let people in.

I've ordered them twice through Door Dash. I'm allergic to raw tomato so left that off my order. Both times they added it anyway and I had allergic reactions. When I called to ask about it, I was left on hold at the location. Incompetent and shoddy service!!

Went here today to get a couple frosties and a hot honey chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be 2 medium strawberry frosties and one small and they were all mediums. Then I get home and go to open the sandwich and its the wrong sandwich. On top of this 3 other people had to come up to the window when we were paying to tell the lady in the drive thru that their orders were wrong. I went back and had to do the same because the lobby was locked. Then as I'm leaving I see ANOTHER person go up to the drive thru window with the wrong order. They even had at least 3 people I saw working in there so not sure how you mess up every persons order in line... Then when I go to eat my correct sandwich the cheese was completely cold and the onion straws soggy.

Updated review 12/7/18: Service is good here on weekends or evenings from the times I've been here, but twice recently I've made the mistake of trying to grab a quick weekday lunch here. I'm writing this in the drive thru line. There was one car in front of me ordering when I pulled up, and a few cars in front waiting to pay or for their food. It has been over 10 minutes since I pulled up. I've been in lines 2-3 times as long at other fast food places, and haven't had a 10 minute wait. The other recent time I came I had an almost 20 minute wait. Not the best option for a quick bite, although I still really like their spicy chicken sandwich. Deducting one star from my previous review for the extremely long lunch wait.

My dine-in breakfast experience was very good. My breakfast sandwich was very tasty. The service was friendly, and quick. The restaurant was recently remodeled inside and out, and now features a nice dining area with a fireplace, and outlets for electronics.

Paid $16 for a sandwich and a large fry. The guy at the window insisted that's all I bought. I guess they increased their prices. Never going back to this store again

Why are you SO SLOW??!!! For fast food, you guys get an F. And it's this way EVERY time. Why can't you use both windows in the drive-thru, one for payment and the other for food handoff? We love Wendy's but 20 minutes in drive-thru when it's not even busy is crazy. We won't be coming back!
