the manager has attitude issues.
store is out of ketchup, drinks, etc...

I go to Wendy's a lot. I can't get enough of the Baconator. Chicken fingers with ghost pepper dipping sauce are fantastic. The sauce is something you won't find anywhere else. So good. I go to the branch on W Layton near Golden Corral. Can sometimes be truly long service. All in all, I recommend.

Rose the shift manager has horrible customer service skills even by fast food standards. do not eat here. it is wrong every time and they could care less. Attached is a picture of the 5th time my chilli cheese baked potat came plain. I called and she couldn't have cared less didn't even offer an apology.

Waited at the front counter for over ten minutes and no one came to take my order. I asked an employee if someone was going to take care of me and she said they were busy with mobile orders. I waited another five minutes and no one came. I walked out. Inexcusable!

If I could give this place less than one star I would, every time I come here they either have an attitude problem, get my order wrong, forget food or my food is literally cold. This place is beyond ridiculous when it comes to being "fast food." I would not recommend ANYONE to go to this location. Everyone on staff has a very bad attitude problem while taking orders and they need to fix it.

This is a pretty good place except for 1 thing...THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY TAKE honestly it takes a really long time I had to wait 5-10 before they can take my order

The location is great, every other route 80 bus goes all the way to the airport and MATC Oak Creek, but I seem to manage to get on the one that doesn't and I end up here. It's sort of like USB plugs, there should be a 50/50 chance every time of putting it in right but about 99% of the time I put them in upside down. Did I ever mention I have a Master's in Statistics? Anyway, I end up here too often and in really cold weather and really hot weather (sometimes I feel like the only kind of weather we have when I'm on the bus) so I need to drop inside for the 14 minutes until the next bus, and I don't like to be a freeloader so I always try to buy something. At least a cup of coffee, or maybe a bowl of chili, whatever. But the service here is just plain insulting. Not just the line workers, I've had the manager on duty turn away from me as I approach the counter. Just not a friendly place. There are exceptions, hence the two stars, and I try to look for when those workers are on, but there's also the usual high employee turnover here so I can't quite keep track of the rare better ones.

Where to begin ... employees standing around when dining area was a mess, cashier "forgot" a sandwich, had to call the manager, 10 minutes for fast food meal,. Then when we reordered the sandwich, it only took 3 minutes. It looked cooked even though it was cold in the middle. Hopefully we dont regret eating here any more than we do right now
