I love Wendy every since 1983 the food has gotten better the baked potatoes is great the spicy chicken and that damn chocolate Frosty is always the same that chocolate frosty is always the same great

Worst customer service ever! Long wait, rude employees, order incorrect B

I usually like Wendy's but not so much this time. I asked for a plain hamburger with JUST ketchup on it. Mine came with pickles on it which I HATE and onions which I do not like. I'm glad I checked first before I bit into it. Also I did get a receipt so I couldn't even tell you who waited on me at the drive through. I'll think twice before I go again.

First off the place was just gross. The men's room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was pee all over the floor in front of urinal. There were flies. The restaurant part was just, ew.

In line waiting to order, the girl behind the counter had earbuds in. Finished with the guy in front of us then proceeded to stare at us with a look like "are you going to order?!?" We go to the counter, she didn't say hello, just a snotty ignorant "can I help you?!?" We said hi, she said nothing. Everything we ordered she asked "what was that?" When we were done ordering she didn't say a word, just walked away. If she didn't have earbuds in she could have probably heard us

I ordered a large meal with a soda, and strawberry frosty. She put the order in as a large with a medium drink. Shouldn't a large meal have a large drink??? She put the frosty in as chocolate. My friend, extremely over the top nice said "Excuse me, the frosty was supposed to be strawberry." She immediately snapped her eyes at me and snarky as all hell said, "You ordered chocolate!" I said, "No, I ordered strawberry." She got even more ignorant and said, "NO, you said chocolate!!" I grabbed the frosty and walked away because I wasn't dealing with the attitude.

Will NEVER be going back there again.

Please drive to another Wendy's. This Wendy's is notorious for the attitude of the workers and the frequent mismanagement made. I have gone to this Wendy's for years and have always experienced the same workers that give you an attitude all the time. I am writing this just now because the attitude today was too much - the worker taking my order kept saying the cost when I wasn't done and even yelled at me to tell me they had no barbeque sauce. The food I got was someone else's and when I got my correct order, they had forgotten some drinks. After attempting to tell the worker about this, she fired back with the negative attitude that I'm used to, saying, "Look, is there a problem?" Drive to another restaurant, the service here is terrible.

First off, they no longer have fish sandwiches... secondly I pull into the lot around 11:30am and get hit with a long line at the drive up, which moved so slowly I had to abort mission and head over to the Taco Bell across the street. I don't have all that time to spend in line on lunch break.

Had a extremely long line extending into the street so it took 30 mins just to get to the order menu. What was worst is they gave me an open pack of salad dressing and not sure why it got all over the place I will not be returning.

There's always a drive thru line but I was hangry and thought I'd grab a quick cheat meal. I walked in for faster service. With two customers in front of me, it took nearly 15 mins to place a common order of 10 nuggets and fries and another five mins to get them.
While waiting table in the dining room complained because every burger was raw inside. The staff did immediately make new burgers but how does that happen?? Then someone from the drive thru came in to complain because the order was missing items.
It is fast food so no one should expect a 5 star experience but my how far old reliable Wendy's has fallen.

Worst Wendy's I've ever ever ever been too. The staff seem to hate there life/job food always comes out with stuff missing and is cold if you ask for anything they either charge you for it like an extra sauce or give you attitude about it. Even the Managers could care less awful just awful must skip. Unless you just got ones trying hit up that biggie deals and you don't care cuz Dat cheep I feel but is still a one star from me

They are good their staffs are kind and friendly plus their food taste like heaven I'll keep going there
