Wendy's

well this original Wilco Wendy's now a pilot Wendy's still hasn't changed much.. practically whole place is kind of still crappy.
I prefer to stop at the Petro up the road but what I was driving the middle of the night I saw a parking spot after I pulled in to use the bathroom and I said hell with it I'll just sleep here.
so I came in here inside decided on home style BBQ chicken minus the onion tanglers and the pickle but add tomato get the combo with the fries in the Coke Zero..
as usual lots of flies flying around in the place I always has been always will be a service wasn't that great sale was riding up by Savannah not very professional more just here for a job..
told her three times I want to eat here dine in.. shit even my receipt shows that dine in..Soooo..here comes my order called out in a bag and I said I said three times it was for here what the heck so as you can see right here here's your for here but the damn bag on top of a tray the only reason you're not getting two stars it's because the chicken was cooked fresh and it was hot and the fries were cooked fresh in their hot other than that the rest of place isn't too hot..

Me and my family went thur drive thur the cashier drop our change on the ground then proceeded too hand us our food while sitting in the drive thur to the side i our was 1 nugget short they handed the nugget out the window with a pair of thongs we ask for napkins was informed that they were out and they advised us to go next door to get paper towels from a gas station!

I ordered on the Wendy's app while parked in the lot and then pulled up to the speaker to let them know I was here. There was no greeting for a solid 8 minutes while I sat there and watched the same car at the window the entire time. At this point, I cancelled my order and departed.

Folks, you need to get your nonsense together.

This Wendy's is located in the Pilot truck stop and was very busy when we stopped by for lunch yesterday; pretty sure everyone was traveling home from Christmas like us and knew there wasn't many more choices in either direction.
The staff at this Wendy's did a great job at handling the crowd and getting our food out to us. The fries were so fresh that they were hotter than the sun. And my burger was pretty good too.

This is the worst service I have ever received at a Wendy's. There was only one woman at the register and she had issues understanding the order if you gave her more than one item at a time. The young girl completing the orders moved slower than cold honey. I never saw someone move so slow. She also did not want to supply a normal amount of condiments or napkins, everyone had to ask for more and she acted like she was doing you a big favor. No masks were being worn by staff.

The lady working the register on the hour of 2pm of June 10th was very rude wouldn't take my coupon on my first order. And I had to place a second order and he huffed and puffed, and Rudely asked if I needed anything else and asked if I was done. Then I simply asked her for a strawberry lemonade before my order was finished and she charged me for a strawberry frosty. Then my meal was wrong. This place needs better customer service!

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It was dirty; the tables, the ground, the workers hats were crusty looking. I felt gross by just standing there without even touching anything. Also the service was extremely slow. And once the food was actually ready the guy behind the counter took another 5 min just to find the right sauce. At least the chicken nuggets were hot. But the homestyle chicken wrap I got barely had any chicken in it.

Deserves zero stars. only ONE employee wore gloves and none had hairnets or any other sanitary stuff. I got a salad just to find out after ordering that they had no forks... like how am i supposed to eat a salad with a spoon? whole place felt grimy and gross. none of the staff seemed to care about the customers and spent the whole time being loud in the back and never cleaning tables. never coming here again

My chicken sandwich was so dry that I felt like I was doing a youtube challenge it had one dot of mayo and tasted like it was cooked yesterday.

God awful cashier. That's all I have to say. I'd avoid this place at all cost. The gas is also expensive. Literally no good reason to make a pit stop here.
