Wendy's

Avoid this place and find another Wendy's. To be the newest one in this area, there were high hopes that it would be better quality and service.

Wrong on all accounts. The food is old, cold and stale and so is the service. The lobby door is locked so you can't order anything except through the drive through which is backed up.

The staff is rude and it was so empty today it looked like it was closed. Maybe that is a sign of things to come. If the quality and service stay at this level, this store will be closed in 6 months.

Lunch and nobody ever answered the drive thru speaker. Finally pulled to the window. SIX minutes later and guy came and said they would only take "ONLINE" orders but they could not fill them! HUH !?!? VERY sloppy, un-caring and totally oblivious to exactly what a drive thru fast food place is supposed to be. Wendy's should be embarrassed to even have their name on this place. Apparently a person has to be REALLY bad at just about everything to get a job here... At this point, I would not trust this Wendy's to even know how to cook something correctly..... VERY likely it won't last too long at this rate. Too many better places to waste my $$$ here !

I got there around 11am and sat at the drive through for at least 4 minutes and no one said a thing, even after I said something. So I made a mobile order and drove up to the window where they ignored me for a few more minutes. When someone finally came to the window they said none of their lunch food was ready, they were setting it up now... they also were out of fries. It was ridiculous! As someone who has worked in the food industry the customer service was atrocious and they should have their lunch food ready by 11am!

Horrible, these workers are so unprofessional they need to grow up they were so disrespectful, and i know they were lying to me when i got my food it was coldd and im pretty sure they did something to it avoid going to this place i hope they burn that place
