New atm machines were installed recently.
Pros: harder for crooks to install skimmers to steal your info.
Bigger screens are easier to read.
Givemoney in 20's or 50's
Cons: Bigger screens are easier for crooks to observe from afar.
Keypad is harder to cover up so crooks can't see it.

Great service. I go out of my way to head to this location because the transactions are always quick and easy. I've been helped by a number of people at this location, from deposits/withdrawals to international wire transfers, and there hasn't been a problem.

This used to be the new Wachovia bank, but not long after they opened this branch, Wachovia got acquired by Wells Fargo.
The facilities is very new, and the tellers are very nice and friendly.
Although there is another Wells Fargo just about a mile down on De Anza Blvd. But this branch can still get quite busy at times.

I have been to this Wells Fargo location on a few occasions and each time have walked out satisfied with their customer service and services. From pulling cash to opening accounts I have had nothing but positive interactions. I appreciate this is a quiet branch so I am able to go in and out in a timely manner. The staff being polite and attentive is another reason I continue to bank here. The only thing to watch out for is crazy drivers as this parking lot is super small and tight and people drive as if they're at a large shopping center.

I have been banking with WF for years. Came to this branch for a start up loan discussion, here is how my experience was
First impression: 5/5 clean and nice looking , welcoming staff

I was having problems with my Wells Fargo accounts. I went to multiple different branches and none left me with a fixed solution OR a happy experience. Until I came to the De Anza/Bollinger branch. I walked in and was welcomed by Cameron in the teller line. He was such a positive energy and helped ebb my frustrations. He was then required to transfer me to a banker and that is when I met Joyce who too took care of my account needs. She was very helpful and friendly and got to fixing my problematic accounts immediately.
We then got to the fee issue. Let's be honest, there is not much worse in the banking world than those dang fees! The branch manager came over, Nic, and he was such a delight. He was professional and explained everything he was doing in language I could understand.
Best of all... Nic waved his magic wand and reversed all those aggravating fees!! I left the branch feeling incredibly special. The next day I received a personal follow up call from Nic. Talk about customer service!! This branch really went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was their top priority. I came here to exchange some money for my job and apparently you have to be a business customer to do that ? Last time I came here the guys were so lovely in helping me out . Lol I do bank with Wells Fargo though ... Guess I'll be changing banks soon . It irritates me when a bank that deals with money are so inconsistent in there service with their customers.

Conveniently located, this is my Wells Fargo bank.
I have never had any problems there, in fact ppl have been very helpful always, but the current manager (Mr Robinson I believe) is above and beyond what one might expect. Very friendly and hands on he has helped me with a number of issues including the dog ate my daughters debit card and she is leaving for Europe tomorrow (true story).
He also easily solved a tax refund issue which the assistant manager in the wells fargo branch at Westgate (Saratoga Ave) was being stinky about.
