This is definitely a first for me, rating a Wells Fargo five stars but this branch deserves it!
I came in to make a payment on an account that I have through Tempur Pedic and was greeted by at least three employees. All of them were wearing the most adorable costumes in honor of Halloween.
There was only one teller open when I arrived and there was one customer ahead of me. She was helped pretty quickly and then they opened another window to take care of me.
I didn't have my account info but they looked it up and after some quick research, I didn't have to make a payment. But I'm glad I came in anyway. The teller who helped me was wearing a panda costume and in my opinion that alone deserves five stars!

They're not friendly and treated me like an annoyance, but I was grateful that they finally decided to help me with my issue when the other Wells Fargo wouldn't.

The Manager Christina is AMAZING!! She has over 10 years with Wellsfargo and it shows. She was able to identify issues I was having and find solutions quickly. I will never leave Wellsfargo because of customer service that Christina displayed.

Updating from my original review... yes, all banks have some annoyances - anytime you have to wait for people it can be challenging (because customers are obnoxious!)... That aside, I had another great interaction with staff at this branch.
Although I closed my mom's accounts a couple years back after the account-opening scandal, I had to go in this week to look into a Cashier's Check my mom got BACK IN 2006(!!!), which we found when we moved her to my house from assisted living. Although the teller initially gave me some bad info, he quickly got me to a banker - Kelsey H - who was AWESOME.
Kelsey listened to me, got on the phone, and had info for me that day. She also followed up with me a few days later as promised (not common these days), and was patient and compassionate even when I had to call her multiple times in an afternoon for more info. In the end, my mom will get her money back, and I'm considering opening my next account here, given the great service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 12, 2016Previous reviewFinding a bank/branch with great service today is not an easy task, but somehow the branch manager at this specific location - who's great herself - has managed to put together an excellent team.
I've gone into this location a handful of times having to deal with issues that were either created at other branches or agents at other branches could not fix, and the staff here has been not only incredibly helpful and efficient in solving problems, they've done it with great service.

This branch is a breath of fresh air after going to the 44th Ave W location. The employees are always professional and much more timely in the transactions.

This has been my "home" branch for about 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience with their customer service. They are always welcoming and attentive. I've seen many people come and go and they have all been fantastic. I used to have to go here to make work deposits daily when it was not only my personal branch but my work's branch which added to my appreciation of their excellent customer service skills. Compared to other branches in the area, this one is the best by far. It is spacious, clean, and welcoming.

In and out establishment more transactional then personal. Bankers never show intrest when I go in because the assume I have NO money. The tellers are nice and very fast. I never have to waite more than five miniutes. I wished they tried to get to know me more as a customer. I go there once a month and they have never made an error.

I came to see a banker and had to wait almost hour but just left. Only one banker is assisting customers and she is keep talking and talking never end. She seems she didn't care about others waiting. She saw me but ignored. Thumbs down. Never going back to this branch.

Man Cristina really bailed me out. I went to another branch, which I won't name, who said they couldn't help me research a problem. I came here and she took her time getting me all the info I needed. It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back.

Very pleased with my experience at this branch. It has the best reviews in my area and was well worth the drive. The branch itself is huge and extremely clean. The atmosphere is very quiet and calm, and all tellers/bankers are eager to help you. My banker Cristina was very polite and professional, and helped me cancel a lost debit card/get a temporary in about 5 minutes. There was no one else in the bank when I arrived, so no lines ! I was also told it's often quiet and it just makes for a smoother, more pleasant experience. Will make this my preferred bank for as long as I'm in the area.
