It is 12:41 and there is literally just one teller assisting customers. And another one for personal banker assistance, do they not understand that some people come during their own lunch hour to come handle their business hoping it will be quick?

Long lines. Super slow service. You can't even drop by to open a new account; you have to make an appointment online weeks in advance - and appointments are only available weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm.

Yesterday afternoon I went in and did not get help until I said a comment to my bf to lets just go seems like theres only one rep working and shes just talking with someone about none sense. She gets up and asks us what we needed told her that I wanted to find out info on getting a loan for small business and she was just going on and on loud for others to hear she couldn't help me that im better off asking the gov for a loan. That she wasn't going to just cut me a check and thats it. Which I found totally ridiculous and offensive when I had just came from commerce branch which I actually should have made an appt over there since they offered me a women's minority loan to start a business. I been a loyal customer to wells fargo for about 10 years now. I have gotten a loan on the spot before pandemic so I know the way things work. I know I need an appt now to get a loan but I also know theres options she could have offered me yet instead was rude and offered me nothing but to apply for an sba loan. You guys need to stop hiring young people without experience that do not have manners nor cannot speak right to customers she would go back and forth from English to Spanish.

Been to many banks so far this bank is the worst, trying to open account bad attitude customer service. I am out of here.

Horrible customer service. The staff are super lazy and rude expect to be there a long time and the supervisors are a waste of time so don't even bother asking for one. Eddie is one of them you will se what I'm talking about.

The absolute wort Wells Fargo I've ever been to. It's Saturday and they are under staffed. They told me it would be a half hour wait for a temporary card. It took them an hour to get to me.

I had an appointment with a banker on Saturday and they didn't open branch. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to cancel the appointment. Apparently my time isn't valued by the branch manager.

Horrible wait time!!! came to the bank today. I needed to do a transaction and first of all there was no line in the teller section the tellers where just talking among themselves
Secondly I needed to speak to a banker so I had to wait more than 45 minutes just to do a wire transfer!!!
The girl came after 30 min informing me that I would be next when they had someone available or when they would come back from break!!
Meaning that they let the customers sit for more than 45 minutes before getting services and after the staff comes back from break.

Customer service is a joke! Been a customer for 19 years and have seen this place gradually go from bad to worse. Have seen so managers go and come as staff is constantly being changed. Manager Vanessa Fernandez is truly a despot who likes to indulge in humiliating and dIscrimatning customers who are primarily latinos. She is incompetent, arrogant and very unprofessional. Have filed more than two complaints against her yet nothing is ever done as she still treats clients with complete disregard and lack of interest. Has absolutely no supervisory or managerial skills. Seriously need to be on check.
