Took my iPad there to have the screen replaced. It was brand new less than a month old. Since taking it in the battery did not hold charge. Took the iPad to another 3rd party only to find out the original factory battery was taken out and an aftermarket battery was installed instead. They claim they don't touch batteries but they were the only ones to open the iPad outside of the factory. What a waste.

Requested a quote via Yelp and they were very competitively priced to fix a broken iPad 2 mini screen.

I brought it in and it was fixed in about an hour and works well! The employees here were super nice as well. They took my phone number and said they would call when the iPad was fixed. Once they brought it back, the glass they put on looked great. The home button they seemed to put on was an off brand knock off, but it seems to work fine.

There is one dead pixel it seems that I noticed last night, which is the reason for the 4-stars vs the 5-stars. It's very noticeable. They did provide a warranty with the repair for any issues associated with the repair (ghosting, etc), so I'll keep a look out for any issues that come up, for so far I'm a fan and would recommend them for a great value repair! Much cheaper than the Apple Store!

While the individual who replaced my broken iPhone 7+ screen was very nice, the earpiece to my phone did not work after the repair. I messaged the company with a copy of my bank statement, explaining what was broken and that I live out of state so would not be able to come back in for them to try and fix it. I got a relatively timely response back from the owner saying to come in for it to be fixed (there was a price associated with it on the top of the screen, not sure if that was intended or not). I then reminded them that I do not live there and cannot come in for another repair. I haven't heard back from him since his initial email Tuesday evening.

Poor customer service and I'm very disappointed my phone was not only broken when it was supposed to be fixed but after paying for that service in full I will have to pay for another service when this should have never happened in the first place.

Ahmad did a great job. Quickly responded to the issue (clogged charging port), and fixed the phone at cheaper than requested. Quotes at $35 and fixed for $20. Phone was up and running within the hour and Ahmad showed professionalism, flexibility and fast service! Thanks for accommodating the issue and in the midst of Covid-19 virus!

Avoid this place at all cost. I went to get my battery replaced on a functioning phone. I was told it would take 20-30 minutes. It took much longer than that. When I did receive my phone back the volume button no longer worked. After many attempts to avoid responsibility for breaking my phone the owner agreed to replace my the phone, after a failed attempt to fix their error. I was given a broken replacement phone. I returned that and was told I would have to pay for a replacement now as they were unable to find a working replacement. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Today I stopped into this store because my phone has not been charging for months using the charging port(I've been using a wireless charger). I explained what was going on and the guy behind the counter dropped everything he was doing to help. He fixed my problem in about 5min. No charge or fees for looking at my phone. I would recommend anyone with a phone issue to stop here first.

I received 2 different estimates, evidently they had no idea they were emailing the same person. After I told them I had 2 estimates, I never heard from them again. Go figure.

Stopped in yesterday with a cell phone battery issue...the owner couldn't have been nicer...a few adjustments and it was fixed....no charge....I highly recommend any Northtowners to visit here with any cell phone issues...Bravo!

Needed my cracked screen repaired. Zach and team took care of me in less than 10 minutes. They also had great solutions for other accessories I needed. Awesome store/service for all your technology needs.
