Wash Masters

I first discovered this place when I used to live in las colinas and 6 years later, I still drive 40 minutes to this car wash because I have yet to find another that does what they do. They have an area where they vacuum and wash off car mats for you - it's honestly a genius design because they have the vacuums, hoses, and cleaning station all right there for their team to use (I always do the $70 super wash).

I will never detail my car again because their wash is half the price and comes back looking twice as good. The only service on that side they don't offer that detailers do is shampooing, but I just buy it as an add on and they'll take my car to the other side after my normal service to do it there. Otherwise, they do it all - windex all windows, wipe down and vacuum all interiors, tire shine, and wipe down the exterior.

I only wish all Wash masters were designed this way so that I wouldn't have to travel as far, but it is worth it to not stress about paying $200 for a detail and you get it back looking half assed. For reference, I've tried many detailers across the dfw metroplex for years before discovering wash masters

I subscribed to their unlimited washes. My bank card has been compromised so my credit union has shut down the card that Wash Master uses every month. So I tried calling them, it automatically hangs up on me. I went to their website to try to see if I could give them my new bank card that way. It says that that section is down that they're working on it and there's no other way to contact them other than the phone number that hangs up on you. At this point, I don't want the service any longer it's been about five days. Every day is about 8 to 10 messages from my bank stating that their charge has been denied. So instead of WM calling me, they keep trying to charge the card until it goes through. That strategy doesn't work because that card will never be available again. It gives the option to go in person. My schedule is full already to go during their hours. That's why I rely on a phone number that work, an email that works and a website that works. If I'll your act together Wash Masters!

Great service everytime I come here! Love it! The staff is nice! They clean the car inside and out good! If I need them to wipe down a certain area again, they do! My tires my extra shinny!

Don't sign up for the Monthly Car Wash Service if you ever plan to cancel ! You can never reach anyone, and they will continue to bill you. 972 830-2081 always rings busy, and the website has no place to submit inquiry. I disputed charge with my CC Company. Do better Wash Masters !

I took my son-in-laws car in for a cleaning as it was pretty bad. $74.99 for a wash, vacuum, wipe the interior down and windows. I made a mistake and didn't check it out before I gave a $15 tip. After getting in the car it looked like they didn't even vacuum let alone wipe the windows down on the outside. The car was basically still dirty. I had to come home and wipe it all down and vacuum. ‍ Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

If you're looking for soap and water thrown on your car, but nothing more then you'd be satisfied here.
I got the basic wash and assumed, foolishly, that after the wash included a rinse cycle to get the soap off. I was sorely mistaken.
Don't plan on wasting anymore money here in the future.

Paid for a detailing and inspection. Service is fast. People are nice enough.

There was a huge splash of wax left on the side of my car which I spent an hour cleaning after I arrived home. There was no attempt to clean the front bumper. I'll stick to washing my own car from now on.

I canceled my membership months ago and they are still debiting my card. U cannot get in touch with anyone in the corporate office. This place is a scam and they know it. They take your money and have no way of reaching them

After my boyfriend paid $350 for the showroom service to go an "extra" step we got our truck back in terrible condition! The inside was quickly wiped over but still dirty, seats weren't even vacuumed much less cleaned, console had grease marks on it after he was assured that it would be taken care of by paying for the best package. Then to top it all off they provided the worst customer service of all time!! Kept saying they "understood" that it was terrible but couldn't do anything about it! I could have paid the neighbor kids $10 to clean it with a dirty rag and it would have looked better!

This car wash practices DECEPTION. I paid $20 for the premium car wash which previously included them vacuuming and cleaning inside the car. The attendant asked if I wanted the monthly unlimited wash upgrade but I declined and proceeded through the wash. After I exited, expecting my car to be vacuumed and the interior cleaned with a healthy tip from me in return, the attendants tell me it will be an additional $15 to dry my car, vacuum and clean inside. I was floored because that was not the service plan when I was last there! And there was no signage at the entrance letting you know that their service had changed. I am certain, however, that if I had purchased a higher paying service, they would've rolled out the red carpet. So, if you don't mind possibly being deceived or if you will be paying for a higher service level, by all means give them your business. My money, loyalty and referrals will never be given to this business again.
