Walmart

I normally don't enjoy my Walmart visits however today was a great walmart experience, thanks to Mary Joseph and amazing receipt checking clerk, it's amazing how one person's existence make one's day just incredible THANK YOU MARY JOSEPH

Zero stars would be more accurate. I came in to exchange a defective blueray player but it was 8:30pm and the customer service dept closed at 7pm. I had to buy another unit and come back the next day to return the defective one. Not to mention the lousy customer service from the two eloquent gentlemen in the electronics dept. If the store is open, so should the exchange/returns dept. Never shopping any walmart again, staying loyal to target!

I am honestly disappointed by this Walmart. Since it was such a huge store, I was expecting more out of it. I was looking for certain brand of candy that I did find at other Walmarts but they were out, but this store did not carry much of a variety, and I did not find what I wanted. However, this store was nicely organized, and it wasn't too hard to find parking in the early morning.

Just got out walmart santa fe springs and I loved coming to this one and I live in east la may I remind you but today was an ugly experience...first I was looking to where to self check out and a short manager with glasses that I found out after is a manager asked if I was paying with cash or card and I responded cash and he just walked away didn't say or guide me which one to check out,why bother to ask...smh! So rude I have never experienced that wow.
But Teresa in self check out was so beautiful and sweet to help me,thank you!
And then I asked the girls standing checking your recipes what his name was and they both looked at each other and 1 of them is he wearing glasses and I said yes she said "oh I don't know" and also walked away.
Wow another rude employee!

I'm so grateful Walmart was open for Easter but I also feel bad for the worker. Everyone was so nice. I'm hoping they get paid double for working Easter! I also hope they close early to spend time with family.

They lie about the time your car will be ready. They said hour for an oil change it's been nearly 3. Worst staff.

Shittiest Walmart auto center I have ever attended. I've personally worked for Walmarts auto center back when I was younger. And there's no way oil changes should be taking longer than 35 minutes. Checked in 1 hour ago and told me I wasn't gonna be waiting long, ive been here longer than 2 hours and told me there was no appointments I've personally watched the manager Aileen laugh and joke around and be rude to customers. All the workers are half asses, they couldn't even figure out how to open the hood of my car . And to mention, this is suppose to be a fast and easy service. Take your car somewhere elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. And if your HR or management from Walmart. Please read this and take notes! Hire people that are educated on the job. Not just because they look like they can do it! ‍

I love this walmart, with all the construction going on it's looking very clean & organized.. staff here are super helpful & accommodated i could always find everything i need here! They are also very fast when it comes to checking out to make sure trip is alot faster!

To be honest, I rather shop at target, but needed stop at Walmart for some motor oil. I find it really cheap price and great quality here. I walked in and was surprised was really clean and organized. I seen Staff constantly moving and working in the store nice and tight was very impressed. Got my items and out the store. Less than 10 minutes. Check out were open were a few out there as well. Will definitely come back to this location and the parking lot is very big makes it easy to find parking

What an absolutely waste this Walmart just remodeled inside removing a majority of the manned checkouts in favor of self checkout. Now due to a company policy all of the self checkouts are closed with no plan of reopening so it takes an absolute eternity to get out. Avoid this store like the fuckin plague! Horrible mismanagement.
