Walgreens

Pharmacist did not know or did not pay attention to the perscription. I wento into the phatmacy today to pick up stool softener for my 2 year old. The pharmacist said it was not cover under my insurance and advice me to get something over the counter. The brand that was given to me was for adults. While grabbing my original perscription, her friend stop at the counter and she started talking to her. After about 5 minutes of me standing at the counter looking at her, i asked another person to help me. Is short, this is the worst customer service i have had at this location.

I was here earlier today and dropped off a prescription at 4. I told the pharmacy person I would wait for the prescription because he had told me it would only be 30 minutes. Half an hour later I went up to the pharmacy to ask if the prescription was done and I was told by the same clerk that they had none of my medicine in stock. This complete disregard for my own worth as a person has left me sour and on this place and I will not recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to anybody.

Good customer service when I ask for something they are prompt and will help or get the person qualified to come. They are timely and I appreciate that since I am on a tight schedule. Their variety is good I wish they were open 24/7

There's a woman named Paula that works there and she always makes my trip. I love talking with her during check out. Hearing about her life and her asking about mine. She always has something nice to say to every single person. She's the greatest. My boyfriend and I are going to miss her when we move.

Customer service is excellent here!!! Those girls go above and beyond to give the customers all the help they need and all the coupons that are available. Shout out to PAULA who is the best!!!

I'm going to miss this store. Not because they are going anywhere, but because I may be forced to switch drugstores by Express Scripts at the end of the year when they refuse to extend their contract with Walgreens. That's a shame, because the pharmacists who work here seem more on the ball than the pharmacists who work at other drug stores nearby. (They shall remain nameless. But they know who they are.) And, Walgreens' pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always nice to me even when I'm sick and crabby and probably don't deserve them being nice to me. But I notice and I appreciate it. Also on the plus side is the ability to fill prescriptions online, and the clean, well-stocked store that has everything you'd expect a decent drug store to have, including cheerful cashiers. Whatever the store management is doing, they are doing it right. The only thing I can think of that would make this Walgreens better would be a drive-thru for the pharmacy like at some of their other stores. But I don't think they have space for it.
