This is one of the needed store in this community
I commend the staff at this location for what they have to work with, no it's not as updates and smoothly ran as some other Walgreens I have visited. The pharmacy staff are personal and seem to be concerned about the customers, they have improved from a few years ago.
I never mentioned PLEASANT,nice or kind so we have to except what we can get

The reviews on here are over exaggerated. This location definitely needs improvement from corporate - they need approval to hire more people! For the most part the staff is pretty nice; they just seem overwhelmed. The store's always clean and well stocked. If Walgreens can put the same effort to staff this location like they do for the ones downtown that sells sushi, it would be better. It's obvious the location is doing well; it continues to be open 24 hours (so convenient) and there's a pretty good flow of customers. Walgreens! staff this store!

Love our local Walgreens!! These pharmacy employees work so hard as a 24 hr pharmacy. Employees are always so kind.

It only takes one experience. I love what they sell,the reward card perks, the standard aisles where just know where to find what you are looking for. But on this day I needed to use the washroom. It was unexpected...I had to use it!

There was no one handy and the behold I saw.. a clerk was coming from that hallway. I asked her. An older lady who stopped short, proceeded to look me up and down and then let me in. I admit I had no makeup on, was in my jeans and likely looking tired...but I was a customer. I felt like she had judged me. Did I look homeless?

She never smiled. I then saw her checking people out-no smile ..no hello. It must have been her bad day that became mine. A smile and a hello costs nothing. Not a sales customer service person.

Waited for over 30 mins for a prescription. While waiting, a man was harassing every female that walked up to the line asking if he could do their eyebrows all while displaying a straight blade. The staff just looked the other way as if this was a normal occurrence in their store.

Didn't realize there is a 30 minute minimum wait time to try to fill a prescription over the phone even though they claim it's only one caller ahead of me. The bad part is they still don't answer!! Should have stayed with CVS.

If I could give the Minute Clinic zero stars, I would! I made an actual appointment as opposed to doing a walk-in for a sports physical. After an hour and 10 minutes, they made sure to take our payment, but the nurse practitioner tells us" I don't know how long it will be, I don't know how many people are ahead of you." Really, how should I know, this is your job! She did not know we had an appointment and saw other customers before us. I am sure there are sick patients, however, a sport's physical for a healthy person should not take over 70 minutes! How difficult is it to check your computer and see how many patients you have to see? Never coming here again. They keep you waiting, just like in Advocate's regular office! Still waiting......

This Walgreens has gone downhill. The new staff is making huge mistakes with filling prescriptions.
