Waffle House is always good for breakfast. Try their Waffles and eggs, lol. Bathrooms could always be cleaner.

We all know the name and proceeding narrative attached to it! My first experience was relatively pleasant. For context, if you're hoping to grab a quick meal I would place this location a tad above your average IHOP. Jessica deserves a raise, she made my first experience enjoyable!

AVOID AT ALL MEANS POSSIBLE. worst customer service ever and the waiter threw the plate down on the table and left. Also got the order wrong as well and the waiter was very rude. Again AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE.

We walked in this morning and normally there's a staff on that keeps the place looking pretty decent and has good customer service.
But today it was the opposite mainly there was a staff that didn't seem to care much about the cleanliness of the place. It was dirty and it took a long time before we had to ask to have the table cleaned and on top of that a couple came in that was handicapped and sat there for at least 10 minutes before someone finally got to the table to clean it. We will not be returning to this waffle house again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dan S.Greensboro, NC444May 15, 2022Updated review
This store has gradually upgraded their staff at least on first shift-
The quality of the food has increased tremendously.
On a side note( does this store have a good cost issue )?
Because the amount of hash browns we got was almost twice the amount of an order. ( which is great for the customer )-
But is bad for Waffle House !!
The waitresses were on top of all their tables and all of them were friendly, polite, and courteous.
The floor should be swept more often / there was debris everywhere- but all in all this store has improved 100% from 6 months ago.
Keep up the good work....Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1Jan 19, 2022Previous reviewI came here for late breakfast and I was actually surprised with the cleanliness of the restaurant.
The cook actually helped a customer with some loose change on the floor-
He wasn't asked to do it he just jumped in and helped her-
My food was hot and fresh no complaints at all.
I am not sure about the local protocol on wearing a mask/ but no one in the store had a mask on.
I personally don't care- but a customer was talking to someone and they mentioned it.
Again I can't stand the mask- it's a face diaper and they don't work.
It's just perception as someone wearing a glove-
the staff was very attentive and welcomed all the customers as they entered and thanked everyone when they were exiting.
Waffle House Should be proud of how this store is being run on a day to day basis . ( operationally anyway )
Obviously I have no earthly ideal if the numbers are in line.
Good luck and thank you for a very fine breakfast.Jan 15, 2022Previous reviewHello
We went to Waffle House again last night ,
The food was delicious as usual-
The waitress did an excellent job-
We came out there because I had an itch for the chocolate cream pie- and after we ate , I asked for a piece of pie- and guess what there was no pie available - not any flavor.
Here is a suggestion, if you are throwing the pie away because it's old / or bad- maybe you could suggestive sell slices through out the week- or if you know you have to throw the pie out in a few hours you could offer slivers of pie as a thank you. The pie is very good maybe the guest would be like me and come into a Waffle House for the PIE itself.
Anyway a little disappointed again-Jan 10, 2022Previous reviewWent to Waffle House last night and Chris was by himself again.
He took our order/ cooked the meals / pre bussed our dirty dishes-
The 2 meals were cooked to perfection -
Again they did not have any chocolate pie available -
What seems to be the issue with NOT pulling the pie from the freezer before the person that has the keys to the freezer leaves for the day.
I know the times are tuff getting help at some locations, probably should take care of some of the staff first.
Anyway
Thanks for being open.
DanDec 26, 2021Previous reviewAgain we came in for a meal at Waffle House - today happened to be Christmas, which has been a tradition now for 6 years- we have been coming to this location for at least 5 months- sometimes 3 times a week. I know this location was busy on Christmas, but when you walk in and all the tables are dirty, but only one table had customers actually at the table - we wanted to seat at the the low tables with a chair, or even at the high top counter with red captain seats in front of the dishwasher area. The whole counters were supposedly chained off, 1 looks tacky 2. Over weight people feel more comfortable at the tables and chairs. 3. Or even a handicapped person. Eventually we sat down at the counter top with the chairs and ordered 3 meals. About half way they the meal we all noticed that Chris was cashing people out, cooking with 1 other person - and everyone had gone to the back to grab a smoke and hang with A manager that had just came in-
My daughter went to the bathroom area and knocked on the door to get to the back and asked if the waitress could come back because she wanted some dessert. Table service is lacking and management talks about the employees - is this the norm? Anyway I like the food, and overall Waffle House is a great company. Take care and merry Christmas -Dec 24, 2021Previous reviewGood evening and Merry Christmas to you and your staff-
I am wondering why when you have 2 cooks and 2 waitresses on Christmas Eve - that the low seating tables are blocked off -
When we are here any other time there is 1 cook and 1 waitress and the whole place is open.
Is there some reasoning behind this , accept that LIZ told the staff to close it down-
Again
Thanks for having the chocolate pie out tonight -

Me and my business team came in around 1AM and there were about 14 of us that wanted to get something to eat since we just got done with a business convention - we traveled from out of state so Waffle House is always our go to. Tyla was the only waitress and there was only 1 cook - she was very hospitable, food was bomb (compliments to the chef), and though it got pretty busy, Tyla did her best to make sure everyone's order was right. Most definitely will come back again if we're ever in the area.

There is one worker at night shift which is the best cook I don't remember his name but my only problem is that next time I went he wasn't there and all my food was over cooked I asked for my eggs to be running and they were hard

The coffee was cold. The waitress was very rude and dismissive. The Cook was screaming at his son on the phone, it seemed the son had missed behaved at school. Cook was 8 feet from my table and immediately began screaming at me when I ask him to take it down a notch. He was joined by the same waitress who immediately began streaming her self in incredible defense of the cook and his right to scream as loud as he wanted because he was disciplining his son... Or something. A total house of horrors. However the eggs and bacon were well cooked. I just never could go back because it seemed like a loonie bin

Went to grab Fathers Day breakfast. They had someone new at the cash register. She told me she couldn't take my order because she was new. So we (me, my 5 year old and 1 year old) stood there for 20 minutes. With no one taking our order. My 1 year old then began crying while we waited. Still no one came. We finally just left. What a ruined morning.

The women answering phones (Jessica) and taking orders right away asked us with her lovely get out of here attitude, if we ordered ahead of getting there and when we said no rolled her eyes (we tried calling no one answered they're busy so I get it) but she proceeded to answer the phone before taking our order and say "I'm sorry we're not doing to go orders out of the store" so literally our first encounter the second we walk in is just rude just attitude and eye rolls. (I understand working in a busy restaurant it is so frustrating sometimes and very stressful but just wow) she's talking bad about the customers bc they sent their food back bc the cook gave her a uncooked waffle. She took her time even getting to us even tho we were the only ones trying to order. (Busy I totally get it) but she was just rude and constantly rolling her eyes and interrupting us in between our order just to walk away to take a sip of her drink. The rest of everything was great but she really did know how to put someone off of coming into the establishment. Also noticed a cook made a waitress cry in front of everyone while she was trying to call out an order so that's just the cherry on top.
im a server i understand the industry and how frustrating it can be and how stressful it is so I have never written a bad review because everyone is human but this was just AWFUL. love waffle house though.
also the manager who was working at 11am, friday april 2 is very rude charging people for plasticware, sauces, she was rude to everyone including her employees. also overheard an employee say she was racist. Disgusted with the people working there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
