I visited this restaurant with my autistic son and the cashier by the name of grant was AMAZING! He was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire ordering process. Funny and witty! The place was well organized and maintained. Nice and clean. Last but not least the food was excellent. Grant did an amazing job on our chicken bowls. Thank you, will be coming again! PLEASE if possible give that boy a raise. Very hard worker and a kind soul :)

I ordered the ribeye plate and was disappointed in the quality. The meat was very dry and over cooked. The salad that came with it was literally only two forks worth. Definitely not worth the price. Basically $16 for mostly rice. It fast food so nothing special when it came to the service and that was expected.

I've been eating Waba Grill for quite a while. The last few times I've ordered have been ridiculous. Either something is missing or the order is wrong all together. On Monday, 1/29, I ordered 2 chicken veggie bowls, a mini steak bowl and a mini chicken bowl. My goal was to order the food, give my kids a bath while that's on its way, and have them eat in their jammies. Well, I never got the mini bowls for my kids to eat. Instead, I got 3 chicken bowls. I want to know how that gets mistaken? I called and the guy I spoke with called his manager and said if I call in the morning, they will "deal with it." Come on guys.

Went today for lunch. No one was in the kitchen or anywhere to take an order. I could see a guy's arm JUST STANDING in a back room area. I stood there for a little bit to see if anyone would come out. Not one person. I stood there long enough to see the counter was dirty with residue and around one refrigerated area near the cash register it had black stuff where the chalking was. I decided I didn't want to order from here and left. No one ever came out.

It's crazy they have the audacity to use grocery store corn tortillas for their tacos A heads up would have been nice but it's obvious they don't care.

I ordered plant based food so I would expect them not to use the same tongs that are used on meat on plant based food...Well they did, please STOP doing this!!! People who live plant based lifestyles literally get sick from even consuming food that has been touched by meat!

Wow the steak with white rice and veg platter I enjoyed last weekend was amazing. The service was brisk but polite. Everything was clean and healthy practices were executed on every order it delicious

No soap for restrooms including workers makes you wonder not being sanitary. Be more organized for your customers and workers . Worker says they ran out of soap not a good look with virus going around .

I've given them chance after chance and they continue to disappoint. Service is terrible or shall I say non existent. Everyone's orders were missing something. I called ahead of time and made my order just to have to reorder again when I got there. Every time i get salmon it's burnt. I specifically asked if they could cook it easy and it seems like it was more burnt than usual. Absolutely terrible and my bowl is literally half empty. I go there because of the convenience but I won't be going back. Food is so burnt I can barely eat it but I'm starving. The two guys don't even say hello and you'll be standing there for minutes waiting for them to finish doing whatever they are doing and they'll look at you and not say anything until they feel like it. Seems like they need some help and a lot of it.
