VooDoo Steak

Went to this restaurant last night to celebrate Valentine's Day and felt truly special. This was my first time even to go to the Rio. Up the glass elevator we found wonderful service and seriously unforgettable food. Worth every penny. I want to be clear how wonderful the staff was. Answered every question we had, spaced out our dinner perfectly and even took great photos for us. I can't wait to go again!

Really great place. Food is 10 out 10. Best filet I've had in years. Creamed spinach is great. Billy did a great job taking care of us.

I have always wanted to try VooDoo - and I'm certainly glad we did! We made reservations for 8 people, no problems. The food was SO good, the service was probably the best I've ever had and you absolutely cannot beat the view. It is on the pricey side for a steakhouse, but I was prepared for that.

Oh also - If you don't like heights, prepare yourself for the glass elevator ride up to the 50th floor!

This restraint is only open Wednesday through Sunday. I was highly looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant. Particularly the flat iron steak or the lamb I had been looking forward to this for two months. It's my last night in Las Vegas I was so looking forward to dining in the restaurant on top of the tower. Of course when I got there with a smile happy to be able to enjoy a very expensive meal with a great view. I was told that it was all closed for a private priority event. Not all the staff knew it was closed down as they directed me to the restaurant and said enjoy.

The Korean restaurant requires two people I am a solo traveler. The deli looked unappetizing. The Indian buffet is super tiny and their food displays. Just say curry chicken. Curry vegetables with a tiny little salad bar. Hash house a go-go closes early their grill closed down permanently. I'm not a fan of the food hall.
If you like decent food this restaurant might be good for you if it's open or not closed down for an event.

I've been to a lot of steakhouses in Vegas, and I'm glad I was able to try Voodoo Steakhouse in the Rio Hotel. Voodoo Steakhouse is located at the very top of the hotel and it gives you beautiful views. The Seafood Tower was delcious and worth the price. The Tower consists of hot & cold seafood shrimp, lobster, crab cakes, crawfish, seared scallops, and poke shooters. The hot seafood had what seemed like beurre blanc or lemon butter sauce.

The Rib Eye was equally delicious. Seasoned well and cooked to my liking. Tender and flavorful.

Definitely a spot I'd return to and would recommend.

We had such a wonderful time. Voodoo is at the top of the Rio. You have a fantastic view of the strip. We loved the ambiance, as we were there for our 17th anniversary. It has a nicely lit atmosphere. The food, I had the prime rib special, so delicious there is still more in my fridge,. Even the vegetables were yummy. Husband had the lamb chops, his first time. He said ribs are ribs lol. He loved them. The staff was really great everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very attentive but not overly aggressive. They have a patio to step out and take in the view. We came later to make sure lights would be on. It's so pretty and the helicopters turn around over the hotel. That was cool. overall excellent experience.

An unexpected treat at the Rio. It's on the 50th floor with access to the roof--so the view is absolutely stunning. The food was delicious and the service was professional and attentive. For a Friday night at 7pm, the place was pretty dead. So it had a weird atmosphere in that respect. But I'd definitely return if I stayed at the Rio again.

Ok so I'm at a loss here, best with me!! I do love this location, previously Voodoo Lounge for decades.. This amazing location with incredible views and outdoor patio was retrofitted as a steakhouse that delivers amazing service in the same incredible venue.. now for the food... my 16oz ribeye was grill charred Pittsburg per request in the most perfect of ways!!. Under-salted which I completely good with but the cut was not the quality I'd expect from a steakhouse, in fact upset if selected from my local butcher tbh very disappointed and challenging to finish post haste with a wonderfully complex umami-rich bordelaise sauce I was charged 6.99 for in a K Cup to go.. Caesar salad was excellent, added anchovies whole and extra shaved parm .. that finished perfect .. a little balasamic glaze and/or sweet cherry tomato May have been a nice addition for balance.. overall I probably would not revisit or recommend except for the less particular staying here at The RIO!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Billy as my server. He was so friendly and helpful and recommended I take a walk on their deck while my food was getting ready. It's a beautiful view. Took a few pictures of it. The food was delicious. I look forward to coming back on July 4th to see the fireworks. Very clean restaurant. Cheers and let Billy know I sent you.

We dined here while staying at the Rio. The food was expensive, but quite good. And service was top notch!

The views were amazing! I highly recommend the mushroom side dish to go along with your steak!

Good food worth the price but even greater service and view of the strip! Food had good flavor and color, which I love. Jacinto was our server, he was awesome! Great customer service skills and really personable. Helped me choose my dinner as I was not sure what to choose as a steak option.
