Vogue Shoes

A full-service shoe place. Very knowledgeable, great help from both employees who helped us. I got my feet measured properly, and was told the reason why I need a different size for athletic shoes versus any other kind of shoe (some in-depth insider information). Good service is rare, but the people who work here know their products and better yet, are just good people who treat you kindly and help you. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My daughter and went to Vogue recently to look for boots for her. I was Impressed with the store and the service. Rachel was the staff member who helped us. She was kind and professional and very patient while we tried on several pairs of shoes. She made recommendations for us on sizing and suggested other shoes we might like. While the boot selection was not what we needed (we are going into summer so it makes sense), we did end up buying a pair of sandals each. I thought the store had a nice selection considering it is somewhat small. I will definitely be back.

I have hard to fit feet. And I can actually find shoes that fit here. I have , in the past, driven an hour or more to go to a shoe store that could fit me. No longer do I have to do that. Vogue has a variety of well made shoes. They can fit my mother in law 's 4A foot and fit mine. I am a D in the heel and a Double E in the front. If I find a shoe that is close, they will even order a size for me to see if it will fit. I can't tell you how frustrating it is for both myself and shoe sales people at most stores to try to fit my feet. Vogue understands weird feet! And they make buying a good experience. I come back several times a year!

I walked out of here with a pair of shoes! Although that sounds rather blah, that is fairly amazing for me. I've been to similar stores in other cities, and for a small town, this is a gem. They have a wide selection of shoes and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This means that even this weird foot found a fit, and this hesitant buyer actually bought.

P.S. If I understood correctly, the shoe store has been there for 50 years and under the same ownership for 30 years.

I had not been in this store since I was a child and remember then that shoes were more exspensive than the box stores so I have not been back until recently when expence was not the driving factor and comfort sent me there. I bought two pair of GOOD/EXCELLANT shoe - boots and the price was actually only a dollar more than online. No shipping either. The shoes are the best I have ever put my feet in. I walk on concrete a lot of the day anywhere from 1 to 3 miles a day. On top of great shoes, they fit you and wont sell you what does not fit correctly. They know shoes. They sell footwear and know footwear. You cant buy junk in this place if your looking for comfort they have it. I bought a pair of steel toed w/ arch shield too and they feel like walking on a pillow as well. great fit and for the boots good price too. I wont go back to box stores again for footwear unless its for rubber boots and temporary short term footwear.
