Vocelli Pizza

Decent pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese, but not spectacular. A little pricey. Fast delivery!

Vocellis is a average pizzeria at best. Basic pizza and taste. Average prices .

The wings are horrible tho.

We were in town visiting friends, and our host ordered three different types of pizza. One was a vegetarian pizza, one was some kind of meat lovers pizza, and one was a four cheese pizza. I'm sorry I can't recall their official names but I enjoyed both of the types I tried, the four cheese and the meat lovers.

I do think that if I were in the area again, I'd definitely consider ordering both of the ones I tried, again. Maybe I'd try something new just to be different, too. Very enjoyable.

Idk what happened to my previous review but don't waste your time here. Whoever runs this place acts like he hates customers and hates working there. He gets angry EXTREMELY quickly over the smallest thing. I don't even get why they treat customers so rude when the pizza isn't even good! It's cold and stale by the time it gets to you and looks like it's been sitting in someone's car for two hours.

Absolutely horrible pizza, horrible customer service. Look at the reviews! Take the five star reviews with a grain of salt.

Ordered dinner last night online. Used a birthday coupon that they emailed me that is valid for this location only. Put in my order, along with wings and a couple sodas. About 15 mins later, someone (owner or manager maybe?) called and rudely said "I don't accept coupons, your order is cancelled, don't come here to pick up" and then hung up the phone. Didn't even give me a chance to just pay for the "free" pizza since I was already on my way to pick up (since their delivery always takes over an hour).

A shame- was my go-to pizza place for years. Ended up ordering my exact order at dominos without a free pizza coupon, and it was still cheaper than my order at vocellis with a coupon.

I've had good pizza from Vocelli's in Richmond. Tried the steak n cheese for lunch and I can't help thinking of the old Wendy's commercial, "Where's the beef" few pieces, not worth the money.

I'm torn. The gluten free pizza was decent. At least grocery store quality. Over cooked a bit bit tasty nonetheless. The regular crust was worse the domino's, which I consider inedible unless it's a survival situation. Not sure if they used sauce or colored the dough with red markers. And it was cold. Just don't.

I ordered from the rose Hill location yesterday. Pizza was burned on top, called to complain, told manager wasn't there and would call me tomorrow. He never called, I called back and was told they give me a 20% discount on next order. Was a loyal regular customer, will go elsewhere, there are a lot of choices.

We have been customers of the Vocelli Pizza store in Rose Hill Shopping center for years...we LOVE their pepperoni thin crust pizza and the house salad. Stromboli is awesome also! We were having a special "in house" celebration last night and wanted to order in from Vocelli. They are using a new ordering system online and you don't appear to have as many options available, and the ordering system is confusing. My husband thought it was asking for a sauce for dipping and he selected "Garlic sauce". The pizza came without any tomato sauce...like a white pizza and it was not very good at all. We called to complain (not yet realizing the error occured due to the confusing ordering system online) and the manager/man answering the phone was incredibly rude and actually hung up on us. We will NEVER give Vocelli Pizza at Rose Hill our business again. Unfortunate, to say the least.

First time ordering from here, ordered a delivery and it took over an hour. The pizza was very small fpr a large, hardly any sauce. I asked for extra sauce with the cheese sticks and did not receive it. Also got the boneless chicken wings and there was no sauce with that either. Absolutely not worth $50, yes $50 for hardly anything. I'm just sticking to Domino's.
