We bought 3 pieces of cheese pizza, a drink, and a water. Upcharges??? I do not expect to return.

Came for a visit here today to have lunch. They have plenty of food out to select from but I have to say the Stromboli is terrible. They only heated it for maybe 30 seconds. It was mildly warm at best. The customer service their employees in the back or more interested in having fun and cracking jokes than waiting on customers. The menu looks good what they offer you as a whole different thing. I would not recommend going there and wasting my money. There are other options that are by far better.

I'm surprised this has such low reviews. It's food court food, people, don't expect fancy dining. Honestly, we were pleased with the overall value of the food. I got a bowl of ziti and my partner got the pizza meal with three garlic knots and upgraded to a larger beverage for thirty cents so that we could split the garlic knots and the beverage. So to feed both of us was only $13. The employees were all helpful and friendly, and they made sure to stick our selections in the warmer under the counter for a couple minutes so it would taste fresher. And we were given extra sauce for dipping. The cashier was smiling and pleasant. Being a Monday we were easily able to find a clean table to eat at.

Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for delicious and fresh Italian food that is really when you are. I really like their selection and how flavorful everything is here. They do a good job to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Female manager needs to take some customer service classes. The employee at the register said refills were free, but he apparently mis-spoke. She threatened the employee that he would have to pay for it. We paid for the refill and gave the associate $5 for his wonderful customer service.

My first visit to Villa was a success. Fresh and great tasting pepperoni pizza for lunch around 2 p.m. today! The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Great experience.

I only gave a one star because of the middle eastern guy serving. The cashier by the name of "KAT" has a nasty attitude. If you don't like your job move on its not out fault you work here.
Oh to make it worse when I asked for Cheese because it was empty, she took her sweet time and resume to just slam it back at me while still open

Worst place ever! Customer service is a shit! The black lady treat people like crap and attitude! She called me a liar when I told her that the order was wrong

Slices are small price is large, drinks are warm. Also I was overcharged . Not sure about the rest of the food just had one slice

Customer service is the worst I've ever seen! I asked a question and the young lady with red and black hair said " Now that's a question I don't like" as a customer I should be able to ask any question that pertaina to the business. I didnt ask a personal question. The crew just looked as if they were in space. This says a lot about how you want your brand Represented. I will never buy a single thing!
