dealt with James lamot and Phil Gardner in my process of getting a new phone a few weeks ago both of them were very professional and knowledgeable friendly were able to take care of everything with ease and make it a very easy process for myself thank you to both of you guys and this business is very fortunate to have you both

I would give a 0 if I could but it doesn't allow me to. Both times I have gone into the store, Michael, the store manager has been extremely rude. He pretty much told me I was lying about something he told me last year. Plus when I walked in and asked an employee if I could speak with a manager he looks at his employee and says why what does she need in a very snarky tone. If you hate your job this much don't be a manager. He has screwed me over of almost $200 and says I was the one with the wrong info. Never will go there again. Stay with Manchester Stores way better customer service and knowledge.

Worst customer service ever!!! Waited for 40 minutes to be waited on, no one apologized and then when I finally got waited on the salesperson had no idea what they were talking about and had to get help which then cost me another 15 minutes. Owner came out, saw people standing around and never once offered to help anyone, not to mention she was very unprofessional, yelling at one of the sales people while on the floor, will never go there again, totally unprofessional place!

Thank you Matthew White and Andrew Fisher! Not only did they come in off shift to help with holiday customers, they stayed late past closing to make sure everyone was 100% with their services and purchases. I had multiple issues transferring from an iPhone 6 to the X but they kept working until my phone and watch were synced and up to speed. (It was a nightmare to say the least.) I wouldn't have been able to get my new phone working without their help. True teamwork and customer service at it's best- Professional, Personable, and Persistent! I hope they receive a raise or bonus, because you don't see customer service like this anymore - Thank you!!!

It can be tricky transferring from devices, but its awesome that they were able to get your iPhone X up and running, Apple makes a great product! This Business does things underhanded doesn't fully explain how they are conducting your transaction. When I spoke to Verizon wireless direct they do not allow this very type of transaction. This transaction ended with us having to pay for two phones one I received and one I traded back so if they had said to me just I was going to have to pay for both phones I would have not done this transaction. This Dealer refused to do anything about it. They got what they wanted and so did Verizon. This ex customer will never fo business here or with Verizon when our contracts are through we are as well. I would rather deal with another company than one that outright reaches into your pocket and steals from you and if they wanted to they could have fixed this were there is a will there is a way.so both Verizon wireless and this retailer refused to fix this I was a customer for more than 15 years so I guess this doesn't matter.15 years for Verizon. The retailer for two my biggest mistake was going to a retailer this kind of thing never happen at a corporate store. So if you do any kind of business with this retailer buyer beware.
