Are you looking at vehicles direct because your buddy told you how great they are? Well, I don't blame your "buddy", they paid him to say that. That's how they got us... our buddy sent us to him because they pay for referrals. So we went. Got us what my wife assures me is a "cute little" vw beetle. Made us feel all warm and cozy... because we're spending $25,000 you know --- we're "family". But now? We took our cute little bug in for an oil change included with our purchase and they screwed up our oil pressure sensor. They refuse to fix it, and this manager that looked me in my eye and assured me I was family while he was running my credit hangs up when I call. Take your money anywhere else. These guys are so crooked, they addon a bunch of crap like a "paint protection" coating and a strobe light in back (without need and without asking the buyer) and charge you extra for it. AND of course, they addon their own special warranty that is, again, not needed and unwanted and tack that on to the payment too. Take your money to Kia of Cleveland instead, where you can buy a new vehicle for less than you're about to pay to get screwed by vehicles direct.

I have to say that I had (and continue to have) an extraordinarily upsetting and insulting experience with this place. I recently test drove a vehicle, and the psi for the tire was not only low, but very low. They let me drive the car anyway. I inquired about what the tire was so low, and had to ask several people of a few days before I was finally told that it had just been sitting out. I purchased the vehicle a few days ago after being assured that everything had been taken of and was fine, and within a day, the tire was low again. I took the vehicle to some mechanics that I know and trust, and within thirty seconds, they found a nail in the tire and that the rim was bent. I emailed the manager and another member of the staff at Vehicles Direct about it, and they've elected to ignore it, which is grossly unprofessional, insulting, and dangerous.
Also, I talked to Brian, who set up my appointment to sign the paperwork for the car. When I arrived and asked for him, he came up to me, and I told him my name. He responded with, "And I should know you how?" Again, grossly unprofessional and insulting. I immensely regret giving them my business and would strongly encourage everyone else to stay away.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sureshkumar R.Alpharetta, GA01Aug 19, 2019
Don't buy from them!! i got infiniti qx60 from them. I bought the vehicle and drove just 5 miles and it said air pressure is low. When i checked the tires, there were some cracks. I spoke to Sales manager Rob couple of times and mentioned about the crack. He asked me to bring the car as services team would be able to do something. I drove 100 miles and they checked the tires and said it holds the air so we cannot do anything. I drove back to my home, within 20 miles the crack blown up and i had to change the tires completely. they did not cover single penny for the tires which they are supposed to own.
In my opinion, don't buy from them just because you are getting 2K cheaper. they don't even provide 1week or 1 day of warranty for the cars which you just drive 2miles before you buy. I made a mistake just by going with the price. I could have bought the same car with additional 2K with no issues and with 3 months of warranty. you will be going thru the pain of asking them to fix it and shopping around for fixing the issue. better be careful before doing business with them. I am sure they would have noticed this issue before they sell the car, but they don't want to spend any single penny fixing the issue.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ari S.Hendersonville, NC891Jul 27, 2019
Very shady. They knew that the car I was buying was making a noise and didnt do anything about it before it was bought and then made me feel dumb when the noise got worse. Refused to take the dealer warranty off the financing until I pitched a fit because I live 4 hours away. Knew the key fob didnt work right, knew the batteries were dead, didnt put new ones in. Zack was very rude and defensive when asked any questions about the price of the car. Refused to answer questions stating the price is low for a reason and refused to have a second key fob made for the car. Will not be going back to this dealership.

About a month ago I bought a 2013 Lexus RX 350 from Todd Olinger from this place. I found the vehicle online and drove an hour and 15 minutes from Knoxville Tennessee to see it. Apparently this is a new Internet sales business that is a branch of a car dealership nearby. I'm pretty sure I was the first to drive it because the front end alignment was way off and one of the wheels was making a noise. I believe those problems were from the truck that transported the vehicle to the lot.
Todd got the alignment done and fixed the wheel noise. Todd followed through on everyone of his promises. There was a deep scuff on the corner of front bumper. He promised me he would have that repaired and painted as soon as his paint guy was available. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle and drove it home on my second visit. I took it back when my schedule allowed and asked if he could also take a look at an interior door latch that wasn't working.
The bumper looks great and he fixed the door latch at no extra charge. I'm very happy. I had a good experience except for the fact I had to make three trips but the price was so good it was worth it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jona S.Cleveland, TN11168Jul 25, 2019
This place is nasty!! It smells terrible on the inside as you walk in the door the oder is overwhelming bad. As I looked around it is nasty like spills on desks that have been there at least a week. The salesmen they are nasty as well. I was waiting in the show room one salesman walked out bouncing a tennis ball looks at me adjusts his junk walks to the front door opens it and spits!! The salesman that tried to take care of me was just as nasty I'm talking body oder no manners unprofessional. This whole place was unprofessional. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They showed 2 cars one in which I had already said was a no because I needed 3rd row seating and the the other was way buggered up. It was hard to get a sales price. Don't go in here just pass them up and try the lots behind that one!
