Vape & Smoke Shop Universe Express

One of the best vape shop I went to. Sadly, I live far away and just visiting the San Diego Zoo. The guy that was working, went out of his way to help us pick out our vapes. His recommendation are on point! I am extremely satisfied at the choices. Honest to say, I find that Flum is extremely better than Elfbars. I love icy flavor and he recommended Artic Icy which is actually pretty smooth and icy with a hint of lemon flavor. My bf chose White Gummy which is like the drink from Jamba Juice.

9am opening?! I arrived at 9 and waited 20 minutes before leaving. Tried calling the phone number listed and no luck. I guess the business is closed?? Or maybe the employee did not show up for work today? Who knows. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Accessibility: there are two or three accessible/handicap parking spots directly in front of the shop and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The door is a pull door but it was propped open so easy to enter. Inside the floor is smooth tile and it is well lit. The parking lot does also have lights. The rest of the parking lot was not busy at all on a Saturday.

Experience: LOVE this place. There was a younger guy working here with dark hair who is SO nice! He greeted us as soon as we came in, and he was so friendly, answering our questions, making us feel welcome, laughing and talking with us. I really really appreciated the employee! The store was also greatly stocked with tons of beautiful, unique glass. I loved all of the glass here. I definitely recommend and will come back! Thank you to the employee for making me feel welcome when other smoke shops sometimes don't.

Martin is the man! Great service and selection. Open late and always friendly! They have a bunch of locations, this one is close to us so haven't ventured to the others. But given that this is the express and also the best vape service I've ever received, I'm sure the other locations are top tier too!

I love vape and smoke shop universe. I get excited when I see Jersey working because she is so friendly and provides great service and overall has a great attitude that I really appreciate. Their selection is very vast and this is the only smoke shop that I need.

Super clean and safe. Gorgeous displays of stuff. And the people that work there are the NICEST! Definitely ONLY going here now.

Greatest Smokeshop of all time! And possibly before time? Great customer service very friendly employees. They hook me up extra fat. Grabbed the mighty plus vaporizer which is the best vaporizer in the game. Their inventory is legit. Jillian is the best! The only place to go to. Long live the greatest!

Worst smoke shop ever!!!!! They dont have any pricing anywhere. Overcharge!!!!!! $60 for a box of cbd. Never in a million years will I shop here again. To top it off the person working was trying to belittle the situation and talk down to us like children.
