UNTUCKit

UNTUCKit is the best clothing retail store without a doubt. Thomas is the gentleman who has been my stylist for the last few months and will continue to be for as long as he wants. His professionalism makes it very simple to find what you want and feel good about the clothes you wear. I don't shop at any other store, UNTUCKit is it the only clothing I will continue to be because of the fit, cost, and ease of shopping. It takes me under ten minutes to find an outfit I feel just as good about as the last.

I entered the store on a friday evening (6/17/22) looking to buy a shirt. A female couple walked in before me and they were greeted by the male employee, then through the couple he said something to me which I perceived as similar to "welcome" but I didnt hear exactly so I smiled back at him and nodded. I selected two shirts and asked him if I could try them on, he said no, but I could try on the "Try On" shirts, so I said "Okay cool." He then said that I should of known that bc he already told me that when I walked in. I told him I didnt hear him, and he said that I did hear him bc I smirked at him. I told him that I smiled back at him after I heard him greet me entering the store. He again said I smirked at him. The interaction with him was so strange that I gave him the clothes without trying anything on and quickly left the store. I contacted the store directly through email with no response from them. I am concerned about the type of people they hire at the store as I was polite the entire time. I am also now questioning the way I smile for the first time in my life.

Great service and wonderful assist from Thomas. First time in store, and will definitely be back. Thomas has a great personality, and was great to work with. Helped us find one shirt in the store and another one from a SLC, UT store. Awesome customer Service.

I have been clothes shopping with my husband many times. While he is an easy-going guy, he loves his shirts to fit a certain way. This typically means that we search and search for a shirt he likes and then get it measured by a tailor and pay for it to be altered to fit him properly. Today was a wonderfully different shopping experience! We visited Untuckit at Short Pump Town Center and got the most incredible help from Thomas. He found my husband's "perfect fit" size, and from that point on, any shirt in that size looked great on my husband. We went in for one shirt, and left with three for him and one for me! It was the most enjoyable shopping trip with my husband I have ever had. Now, I can go back and pick out more clothing for him, knowing that they will fit, look great, and no alterations. I cannot say enough about the great service and well-made clothing!

Had a excellent and very pleasant experience working with Thomas at the store. I originally ordered shirts online, didn't like the linen, so I drove 1.5 hours to return them to the store and he hooked me up with different shirts, and honored the discount I received online, in store. But then I had to exchange those shirts due to fit. So I called Thomas at the store and he helped me do everything over the phone and email to make the even exchange flawless, so I didn't have to drive back on a 3 hour round trip. Kudos to Thomas!!
