Had to sell my car and there was a huge ugly tear in my front bumper. I called around to like 7 different places and university was the most honest and direct pricing over the phone out of all 7. Some places like to bait and switch you but going in to show them the damage the price was still the same and the cheapest around too. Walking in had a nice experience with all of their employees that I came into contact with very friendly and answered all my questions and broke down the pricing. One of my favorite things about these guys is they will work with you for your convenience some places want you to leave your car for a week or two but they brought me in matched my paint and had me come back when the part came in. After doing all this I managed to get a great price on my Camry. Thanks again guys!

Bad experience! Received a written estimate from them for $3600 to fix my daughter's car. They had it for 2 months and then presented me with a bill for $4700, including a charge for a new tire that I had purchased and delivered to them. When I asked for a compromise, they told me to just give them the title to the car. Buyer Beware!!

Great Company! Scott was always letting me know any updates I had on my car! This place values their customers and do an awesome job on their repairs!! If I ever get in an accident I'm coming here!
