This store is filthy. The shelves, the products dirt, smears and smudges. Disgusting! No one should subject themselves to this place with these products and prices. No wonder Amazon is putting these businesses out of biz.

Lady in the front called me an alien for wearing shorts on a cold day. Even though I was just popping in and out really fast. Then continued to make weird comments about my name. Not sure if she thought she was being funny but it just rubbed me the wrong way. She continued to make snide remarks the whole transaction. There's a difference between making jokes and just being plain annoying. If I'm not laughing it's probably not funny and she should've stopped. I'll stick to ordering online.

Every time I come into this location nobody greets me or wants to help me. I always hear them greet everyone else and tell everyone goodbye on their way out. Today they even avoided me like I was sick or something. When I mentioned it to the cashier that nobody wanted to help me she just seemed annoyed.

This place is great IF you are able to get in touch with anyone to make an appointment. I literally have had to call multiple times throughout the day because either nobody is there or they are ignoring the phone but I doubt it's because they are too busy. I'm not sure what the managers duties entail but making sure the phone is answered is obviously not on the list. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of calling repeatedly in hopes of talking to someone to set an appointment so I had to go elsewhere. I am a loyal customer and will be staying with my current stylist at a different salon from now on. I blame the manager for not being more attentive in general. Shame on Ulta for not being concerned with their clients, possible future clients and now the loss of clients.

Just click on our ‘Book a Beauty Service’ tab, select ‘Find a Store and Book’, after selecting your location and clicking ‘Book’ you will be asked for your phone number (this is part of our booking system). Once you have entered the pin we sent you, you can click ‘ Select Service’ and all of the services that are currently offered at that location are listed there!

Just saw Hannah at the benefit brow bar... worst experience ever! I'm in tears! I told her all I wanted was the under cleaned up. She went on a hack job on my brows!! She waxed clear up to my hair line!!! Sooo back! Then I was so red and full of welps she didn't offer any medical cream or makeup! I have been to the same brow bar in southlake for 6 plus years and have never had such a horrible experience! Please be warned!!!

Tori at the salon is amazing! She is the only one who I will let touch my hair!! She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect before you walk out. She gets my hair cut exactly how I ask every time! She also matched my color perfectly to my extensions!! I highly recommend her!

This is my favorite store! I love the employees, they are always so welcoming and very helpful! There are so many amazing brands carried in this store, and I love to shop here! I get amazing deals, plus rewards points which I can use to get money off future purchases, so it's amazing!

The girls are really helpful at this location! Found exactly what I needed makeup wise, although I haven't tried out their salon I hear good things about it. Will hopefully get to try it out in the near future!

Every time I go in & go to the exact product I want, someone tries to talk me out of it for a different product! No I want this one, I have great results or I love the product for whatever reason I have & I don't care if you like this other product better-who is paying for it me or you?? Seriously if they work off of commission then maybe they should find a new place to work because not everyone wants or enjoys having a sales person work so dang hard on changing a shoppers mind! And if I want to spend more on a product I love, then you'd think they'd be happy but guess not!!! I'm definitely done shopping there!...

Stopped by here to buy some makeup. The salon manager was walking the floor. She didn't once acknowledge me by saying hi or anything. Walked past me 5 or six times and was greeting everyone else, but acting like I didn't exist. I spend a lot of money in here and thought it was very rude. Just a friendly "hi" would have sufficed. Told the cashier at the front and was told this hasn't been the only complaint. Get some training on your customer service skills.
