BANK MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!

My girlfriend went in today to get a cashiers check to purchase a house later is afternoon. Some problems occurred on our end where the transaction couldn't go through. Other than explaining what happened and answering my girlfriends questions she was EXTREMELY RUDE and making my girlfriend feel like she was committing some sort of crime.
No matter the situation the manage of the whole bank should never be rude enough to PUT A CUSTOMER IN TEARS especially on what should be a great day for our family.
Now we will be taking our business to another bank and trying to find out as much as we can about your bank manger and why she has the position she does with ZERO customer service skills or people skills at all.
My girlfriend asked serious and reasonable questions to what was going on and you couldn't help or even be polite.

Very poor customer service from employees and manager at this branch. I don't want to bank anywhere when all you receive is attitude. You being short staffed and not liking your job isn't my fault. This branch does not represent US Bank in a positive light and it's so sad.

First off, I wish Yelp offered a way to review U.S. Bank (or any major corporation) in general when its policies are the reason for the complaint rather than having to pick a specific location, so my apologies to this bank which is the one I frequent.
U.S. Bank penalizes its customers that travel when they are in States where U.S. Bank does not have a presence such as Louisiana and Texas. If one needs to get cash using their debit card, there is no U.S. Bank branch or ATM available, so one must pay a fee to use another ATM plus a fee to U.S. Bank for using a non-U.S. Bank ATM. Shame on U.S. Bank!

Aug 22, 2017Previous reviewI've been with them for many years, and only twice have I asked them for a loan. They refused to finance my pickup truck purchase because the truck was more than 10 years old. (I got a loan from Wells Fargo.) I applied for a Home Equity Line of Credit and while I was assured there would be no problem to get one, they made the process so difficult and the underwriters were so confusing with their requests that the US Bank banker didn't even understand what they wanted. I finally got tired of this and told them to cancel; I'll go somewhere else. I"ll be changing banks, too.

I walk in and am immediately greeted by a US Bank employee, I ask to have a document notarized for me and Cheryl gladly assists me with the transaction (free of charge). Friendly employee's, lots of eye contact and smiles from the other employees...this branch gives you the feeling like they actually care about you - and your business! 2 thumbs up!

Tellers were stellar, pleasant,

The long line doesn't mean long wait at the bank. But this location does it all in one. Next time if you see a line at this location, go to different location.

Quite possibly the slowest bank ever. If you need anything done within a half an hour you should probably choose a different location.

Need more tellers. Generally don't complain about the wait times but if your drive through and your lobby is full chances are you need more coverage. I typically go to an In store branch because wait times are shorter.

Definitely need more tellers. Especially on Saturday morning. The line is to the door and there are only 2 tellers working. We just went to a competitor bank and there was no line at all because they had plenty of tellers working.

The customer service at this branch, even from upper management, is making me consider switching banks altogether. They don't know what they are doing and consistently give you false information. Terrible image for US Bank.
