I was honestly so disappointed by this hotel stay.

The bathroom was disgusting. It is very obvious there is not a whole lot of cleaning in between people staying in these rooms. There was a giant clump of hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival, a used band-aid sticking to the wall and the shower needed a good scrub. My friend and I were there for one night - concert in Cincinnati. After we got dressed and ready for the show we noticed how dirty the bottoms of our feet were - the floors must not have been mopped in a long time. Absolutely disgusting.

Although I can confirm they at least change the sheets - I did see housekeeping doing this in another when we were checking out.

We were completely price gouged paying $260 for one night because of the concert 25 minutes away!!! There typical weekend stays are around $125. Did I tell the front desk? No. Would they have cleaned our room? Probably not - they should have in the first place. And we wouldn't have been given another room as they were fully booked.

Also free breakfast ends at 9am so could review that- is that a typical time for hotels to end breakfast? I always thought it's was like 9:30/10a on weekends at most places.

First day at this hotel only to check in and find out that the pool is still under maintenance.
This was one of the main reasons for us booking our stay as the website indicated by august 1 the pool would be open.
Apparently according to the front desk clerk they are still working on the chemical balance and there is no eta for opening.
We would have booked another hotel if we knew the pool would have been closed.
Not too happy so far but the room at least is clean and everything else seems fine..

Pool closure sign that clearly has been up for some time..

First off the customer service is amazing, I believe the young person at the front desk name was Q? I'm not really sure but very pleasant and hospitable. Went above and beyond! The room was very clean as well accompanied by nice cozy beds

I would not recommend this hotel. This is a fine place to stay for a day. It's functional. This isn't the type of place you'd like to stay for any long period. There isn't s closet or a dresser drawer. Upon entering there was a rumpke truck picking up the trash. It in the lot where patrons park, there was an old television set that looked like it had been thrown from a window, they didn't pick it up. The parking lot has a very uneven construction. It appears to have been laid very carelessly, as did the hotel. Apparently, staying there just two weeks after opening was a mistake. They must not be fully staffed. Trash was full. Housekeeping spilled the things from the vacuum into the hall and it stayed there from the time we checked in, early, after seeing her do it, till the following day when we checked out. I pulled back the sheet to check the cleanliness of the bed, there were scalp and body hairs all over the sheet. The floors had stuff all over them. The buttons on lamps and elevators and light switches were visibly dirty. Our television had a band aid placed on the television light. Just one elevator worked. The pool heater wasn't working. There were wet tousled towels all over the pool area. The floor had pools of water surrounding the area. The trash cans were overflowing throughout the hotel. The coffee was awful. The filtered water tasted like chemicals. The ice bucket was nothing but a plastic container that you'd keep a sandwich in. The ice melted right away. Even the way the place is put together, the work is shoddy. Wallpaper is terribly put up. Uneven and torn and coming away from the wall. Knicks and chips in the flooring and shower in the bathrooms. The cleaner used for the bathroom left a disturbing residue leaving it looking dirty. Walking barefoot on the hardwood floors leaves crumbs and dirt on your feet. Forget about covid fears. There was a little breakfast, bagels right out in the open at face level, having in pegs, for self serve. No one is wearing masks. Staff smoking in the hall from the side door. Staff didn't wear masks, gloves, even a uniform, they spent a lot of time in the elevators with no supplies. The location is good, especially for drinkers. There's a lot of businesses there to enjoy. It's a great place to sleep off the alcohol. It's sufficient for a night of sleep. We had a couple come from the bar that evening about 1 a.m. talking so loud and getting to know one another. We couldn't get any sleep. The walls are paper thin like the comforter that is on the bed. It was a little chili, it would have been nice to have a bit of comfortable bedding. I heard a couple ask for a second one, but they were unable to get one, I guess since each room has one. Between the highway traffic at the front of the hotel, the train at the back, and the construction going on around it, it's pretty loud. Breakfast is cold cereal, yogurt, bread, and blueberry bagels and wheat English muffins, with tiny child sized paper cups to put your cereal and juice in. The milk is in a jug for everyone to share, not tiny cartons. No other choices.
I was thinking a brand new hotel with a heated pool would be a nice little getaway. I was wrong, the pool was ice cold. You'd think they would have warned us about the pool heater being broken when we asked for towels. They have a few options for snacking at the check in desk. Drinks are all $3. Some snacks are available. They have a keyless option thru the app. It's nice but each person would have to download the app to come and go freely.

6/29/23 Just checked in at this hotel half an hour ago and I'm still fuming after I was greeted by an unpleasant and rude front desk, named Que, not sure if she gave me her real name. I was taken aback by her rudeness, and lack of professionalism by how she spoke to me as if I'm an inconvenience, she did try to assist me about the room situation which I spoke with the manager, Kay, few days prior, however, the way she spoke to me to addressed the room situation while checking me in, from my perspective, was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I've stayed in many hotels both for work and leisure, I've not encountered a front desk person this unprofessional and rude, as if she is unhappy to be working, which is evident on how she treated me as the hotel guest; devoid of any hospitality as you would expect when you check in at a hotel. So disappointing. Definitely will not stay or recommend this hotel to others. 1 star for the room because I had to because it is required to post my review.

Having stayed at many Hilton properties over the years we were surprised by how underwhelmed we were with this one. The lobby always smelled of a cleaning solution which did not want to make us spend any time in the cool hanging chairs or stop and play foosball. Our room was small but functional and needed some TLC. The floors were all hard surfaces with the sleeping area needing a mop taken to it. The soap/shampoo/lotion etc. dispensers were missing parts.

Crap hole, black out curtain missing. No way to darken room at night from outside lights. 317.00 price gouge because of a concert. It's life spending the night in a store worse than IKIA

I would recommend this hotel. Pretty much brand new (standing for 1.5 months). The service was outstanding, the elevators were brand-new Schindler 330A hydraulic elevators, which are some of my favorites, the soap was AMAZING, and overall, it's just awesome!

I stayed there this week. For the price I expected to find fault with the hotel. But the people were nice every time I asked a question. The room and breakfast In the morning were sufficient. It's right off the highway, and not far from Cincy.,

However the room lighting wasn't great for reading at night. The pool wasn't clean so maybe they're short staffed.

We actually live near this hotel and my daughter wanted to stay overnight somewhere with a pool for her birthday. This hotel was great! Rooms were clean and basic. Breakfast was wide variety with plenty of food and well stocked. The only downside would be that the pool deck doesn't seem to be built correctly- there were standing puddles all over, which I would think won't bode well for future wear and tear. Bring shoes you don't mind getting wet and you should be fine. I would totally stay again
