Kids are playing around and have zero interest to work.

I ordered a meal for delivery 12/8/2023, we ordered 2 smoothies, a buffalo chicken wrap, banana crunch wrap, cheese quesadilla, and a bacon chicken bacon sandwich. Everyone's food seemed to be up to spec, except for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Pictured below will be hair the I found COOKED in my sandwich, and another hanging from the inside. I tried calling the tropical smoothie 3 times and no answer. So very disgusted and dissatisfied. If we are going to act like a restaurant please wear the requested requirements and wear hairnets or have your hair in a bun.

I don't ever leave yelp reviews but DAMN. This is just a lack of effort, like I get it I work minimum wage too but cmon.

In a world of low effort kids effortlessly waiting for a paycheck, Tropical Smoothie's employees go above and beyond to make sure us customers are satisfied. Under the management of shift leader Emma Grimmelsan and Katie Bevan, the restaurant is kept clean and employees are extremely attentive and determined. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat!

Do NOT go to the Tropical Smoothie Palm City, Fl location! Management is not available to credit your bank card due to an error and staff has zero training. Staff smiles and ignores the issue because they hope you leave. Food smells bad/old and poor restaurant hygiene. I threw my Santa Fe dilla in the trash and smoothie was chunky. Go to Jensen Beach, it's farther, but you get quality food, service, and staff washes their hands before they put gloves on.

This is one if my favorite places to visit for a quick protein detox drink or a healthy yummy sandwich for my growing family who seems to be hungry every five minutes! Convenient and great service!

the location on martin downs blvd is a joke when it comes to staff the first time i had an experience i wasn't ok with i thought id give it another chance but coming back has proved me wrong. today i had different staff members who were still quite rude and not to mention came over to my table and dropped my food off as if they were so much better than me i mean holding their arm out and plopping my food on my table while i looked inside the bag i notice my wrap isnt even wrapped up properly and the wrap itself looks like they threw it together. i love tropical smoothie but will never come back to this location

I ordered through the TS app and ordered NO Buffalo sauce for my wrap with the REGULAR baked lays chips! Clearly states it on the receipt that's taped on the wrap. Right after Door Dash delivered my food (wrap, chips and smoothie), I opened the bag to see jalapeño chips. Uhem, if I ordered no Buffalo sauce, why would I like spicy chips? I called the store and talked to George at the Palm City location. He told me that they did not have any other kinds of chips but the jalapeño ones so they just threw it in the bag. I asked why no one had called me to ask about my substitute. He said he didn't have my number..but funny thing is that my phone number was on the receipt that's taped to the bag..lol anyways, he told me I'd have to take my complaints through door dash since they delivered my food.. but when I told him his staff made the food, not door dash, he said that's all he knew.. TS could not give me a refund nor make me a new order, and I'd have to take it up with door dash..ugh..
I opened my wrap to Buffalo sauce on the wrap where they cut the wrap into two. I called back and spoke to Heidi. I requested the Corporate office number at which time she said I would have to look it up since she didn't know it. I informed her that I've ordered TS through the app about 5x and each time there is something wrong. Items missing and Buffalo sauce all over my wrap. She just apologized and told me to take it up through Door Dash. Door dash just delivered my food, not prepared it. WTH!

I've placed two online orders the last week for "curbside pick up" but no one came to my car. Both times I entered the restaurant, there are groups of kids hanging around (ignoring social distancing guidelines) and not one employee had a mask over their mouth and nose. Both times only 1 employee seemed to have a mask...and it was hanging around her deck. This is disrespectful and dangerous as the state JUST opened back up due to COVID. You're preparing people's food. Do better.

Additionally: I ordered a banana and got a rotten, mushy piece of fruit. It leaked in the take out bag.
