TOGO'S Sandwiches

The staff at this Togo's location are always super friendly and the service is very fast. This Togos has become one of my go-to lunch spots on my way to work. This Togos also has a Baskin Robins inside so if you're looking for dessert you can pick that up while you grab food. I can see this being a great hangout spot for anyone who's looking to get food and just relax for a while.

Came for lunch. The sandwiches are made and tasted as I remember while in California. The service was wonderful and pretty quick. The prices are fair. I would come again

Back in the 1970s, when I was still in school, and Togos came about from a "Sandwiches To Go" sign falling down, I always ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado. So thankfully, I was visiting Sacramento and found out that Togos was still here. The sandwich was delicious. I always have loved the bread which is slightly crunchy on the outside, but soft in the middle and not too big. The turkey tasted great as did the avocado and fixings. It was a great memory and a great lunch.

I paid with cash and the Cashier owe me $10.65 change back but only gave me $0.65 back. When I pointed it out she gave me the $10 but seemed to have a little attitude.

When I got home I realized she had given me a Cali Club instead of the Cali Veggie I had ordered.

I use to love this place. I think it's under different management now. The last few times I went there, I said I wouldn't go back. After this incident I won't go back and I mean it.

With new owner, portions of hot Pastrami & the amount of produce have gotten noticeably smaller. I'm done with this place. I'll be going to Jersey Mikes at Delta Shores

Great location! if you're in need of a quick healthy & hearty portion of fresh deli-style sandwiches. I would say Togos is a notch up from Subway and while they don't have a 12" their 9" has triple the amount of ingredients and all the fresh ingredients without the preservatives. Overall this store has great quality food, quick service, and very efficient staff.

P.S There are a decent amount of reviews of people who significantly over exaggerate their issues often to get a free meal or lunch. Things like bringing in already eaten sandwich and just the wrapper demanding a refund because it had tomatoes with no receipt.

Don't trust a lot of the ridicioulus reviews. If you want a solid quick healthy option for lunch come through

Slow, unorganized, wrong order
We had the simplest order. Two daily combos (Italian on Wednesdays) one on parmesan bread no tomato; the other on sour dough. Let's start with no one knowing which bread selection has the most calories. Then we'll move on to the simple order being done wrong...Tomato on the parmesan bread.
While I was waiting, a woman entered and complained that her husband was told not to come back to the location because the workers couldn't pronounce his name on his pick up order.
It was all just a big mess. Definitely not a place you'd want to return to.

I don't give four stars often, but this place gets them I was in and out at 12:30, and that is worth an extra half star above three. The staff was fast and friendly. I was standing near the ice cream, and they were attentive and aware without me needing to ask for help.

The lobby and restrooms were clean. The sinks and toilets didn't look stained from years of use and neglect. This kind of attention makes me more confident about eating the food served.

The restaurant appears to have been given a facelift since my last visit. The new soda machine was a bonus because you could get a cherry sprite. Overall the experience was a pleasure there for the extra star. Enjoy!

The new owners and staff members are friendly and efficient. The Southwest salad was fresh and tasty. The large fully loaded roast beef sandwich with provolone on Dutch crust was satisfying for two people. The restaurant was clean. We will certainly go back!

First time we came to this store one of the girls messed up my wife's sandwich - my wife asked for no hummus and instead got a sandwich with hummus and no feta. The girl sad she thought she said no feta which neither of those sound similar but sure maybe they can get confused. They fixed the sandwich after my wife waited for 10 minutes for them to even ask her what she needed (there was no one else in line or ordering a sandwich or anything they were just plain ignoring her and doing other tasks). By the time she got her new sandwich I was finished eating mine.

Second (and last) time we went was today. Unfortunately for us, the same girl from last time made our sandwiches. I ordered the Cali veggie with no sauce. I received my sandwich with mustard on it. I asked them to remake it. Second sandwich I got was the California club - which is very different from the cali veggie. When I went to return the sandwich she said "you ordered the California club, the 36 right" and I said no, I ordered the cali veggie. And she said "you said 36 right" and I said no I don't even know the sandwich numbers (which I don't need to know because the cali veggie doesn't have a number). I also let her know the first sandwich she made me was in fact a cali veggie, it just had mustard on it. So she remade my sandwich and it had all of the correct ingredients but she skimped me on all of the toppings. In addition, when I got home to check the receipt to see if her name was on it (it wasn't, just says Employee #12 or AM1), I noticed she did in fact charge us for the California club which is a dollar more than the cali veggie.

Overall it appears to me that she does not listen to people when they are telling her how they want their sandwich and in addition to that, she forgets what sandwich she made within the 5 minutes or less of making it and ringing it up and ends up charging more for something else. To go even further, we weren't offered anything for our inconvenience either time. We were only met with her being defensive and trying to say she didn't understand what we said when really she just wasn't paying attention.

We will not be returning to this location.
