My 2022 Honda Goldwing developed very loose handlebars during a recent trip. Timbrook Honda was the closest dealership I could find. I went there one hour before closing and they took the time to make sure that my bike was safe. They even tightened my handlebars to get me home. I will definitely do business here in the future.

I bought a beautiful Honda motorcycle from this dealer. I paid with a check so I had to wait on it to clear before they would release the title. Once I got the title I realized it was incorrect. The motorcycle had 4662 mile on it but the title showed it had 6000. I assumed the prior owner had just taken a guess at the mileage. I called Timbrook Honda and spoke to Bill. He could not see a problem and pretty much just laughed it off. Well when I took the title to VA DMV they put the mileage as "not actual" on the new title. When I called them back I was pretty much told it was my fault as I told DMV the mileage was wrong. I pointed out to Timbrook that I had called them before going to DMV. The subsequent response was that there was no way to fix it. The end result is I have a motorcycle with a title showing the mileage is not correct, so if I go to sell it, I believe I will lose money because of the titile. I do not think this is proper dealership paperwork or actions in this case.

Shady & misleading business practices at best. I had put in a deposit for a scooter last month and the sales rep conveniently omitted the fact that the deposit is non-refundable. Now, this dealer refuses to refuses to refund after I notified that I will not be buying from them.

I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else, and I've been to a lot of different places for service and purchases. I currently drive two hours from Charlottesville back here to Winchester for service. If that doesn't say something idk what does.
This place is beyond reliable and honest. They don't upsell or bs you trying to pay extra.
But it's because they have some great staff working, this review could easily be discounted if new staff comes in that aren't nearly as professional.

Purchased a brand new 30k side by side put a deposit down was told that the machine would be there 2 weeks another month and a half later I received a call saying it was in. Drove 2 and a half hours to pick it up only to find out it was missing a part that was cosmetic .Against my better judgment on the word of the salesman that it would be mailed directly to me I took possession of the machine. That was Sept 2022 it is now January 2023 and after multiple emails and phone calls I am still without a complete machine

I would give a lower review, but I am happy with the bike itself, but customer service information could be better or a change in their policy about credit charge. Called all over NOVA to find a specific bike and thankfully, they were the first ones to call me, when the bike came in. I was excited that they had the color and realized why. As I'm putting in my deposit online, I am told 2 phone calls in conversation, that they do not accept credit and will take up to $800 on a card. Sadly, I had 2 friends recently buy $10K bikes and I had to tell them to go somewhere else. And I'm a medical responder and I received a discount at my local Honda motor place when I purchased gear. So, I probably missed out on some savings, because Timbrook Honda Winchester did not mention anything to me.

Horrible sales service. I prefer to do business local, but this place has fallen short no less then three times. Their website says they have inventory, make the trip, find out they don't have it in stock. That there is a deposit on it. Only option ever given is to put a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit down and wait for it to come in. Maybe it is just me, but I am not going to buy something without sitting in/on it first. i prefer Honda equipment, but the sales service here is less then to be desired. One day they will figure this out.

I'm not having a problem that was caused by a Pandemic. I am having a problem of them showing no interest and were my order is, Not contacting me by a phone to let me know what they do know, And the constant feeling that I was bothering them if I ask. I even talk to the head management of the company one day and he proceeded to hang up on me. There is no way I could recommend this business in any way.

I recently acquired a Honda SXS, it needed its first scheduled service, so never having had a Motorsport/UTV myself I got online and started researching where to have it done. After reading reviews of the service shops around the area, I decided on Timbrook Honda. I went in and was greeted pleasantly & professionally by the sails staff and shown to the service department, where I met Mike who not only scheduled the service my machine needed, but spent a ton of time discussing the accessories I wanted. He then gave me a few estimates that I took home, one was a complete winch and plow that I had already found on line before I ever went in to discuss it with Mike. Without even knowing what I had found, he beat the best online pice I came up with... Now even though I'm pretty mechanically and know I could do the install myself, I hesitated because I've not done much vehicle wiring. So a couple days later I took our machine in for its scheduled service work, and asked if they could install the complete winch and plow kit. Without hesitation or being told to schedule a separate appt., Mike was happy to do the installation at the same time. At that point one of their mechanics
came through and graciously offered to come in on his scheduled day off to do both the service and install.
In short Timbrook Honda is and has an excellent staff that is knowledgeable in their machines and service, they are darn nice people happy spend the time you need to discuss all your options and service, as well as getting you in and taken care of. I called here to ask about a open recall on my vehicle (that I was very much aware of) the gentleman who I talked with who was not professional said that there was no recalls on my vehicle,I called another dealership who confirmed there was a recall and fixed it right away. I will never bring any vehicle to this place
