Tim Hortons

Disappointed and And dissatisfied with this Tim Hortons. It seems it's the norm to experience shortages and some other items. It's disappointing to wear it looks the service look bad but it's not the services fault they still do an outstanding job.
We all have to understand that after Covid the majority of the workforce decided to stay home. and we have to remember let's not take it out on the people in the service industry they put everything they got every day to make us happy the best customers. I believe Tim Hortons the organization the CEO can do better.

Sometimes it's better to go covert to understand where surprises will come from.

This place sucks. They never have anything I want in stock. Out of hot chocolate, hash browns, lemonade, like come on people. Then when I asked for cream cheese I have to get charged for it? I wouldn't even have a bagel if hash browns weren't out of stock because they failed to be a successful franchise and order what they need.

I will never spend another dime inside of a Tim Hortons.

Worst customer service ever from a little old lady in there that can't hear crap! Fir a order of 1 coffee and 1 doughnut she refused to take my order at the window because she heard my mother n law speak Spanish i know she heard them talking because her tone changed too being bitc... but they also tried to give me a $13 .. so she just didn't want to give us the oder because of my family being Mexican. I'd have a photo of her but she short with long grey hair who looked like she didn't even take a bath . Do NOT go here there extremely rude. She should be fired!

Waiting on a rental from the car agency next door so I walked over for a coffee and get inside and they tell me it's drive thru only. I only wanted a small coffee but they insisted I go through the drive thru. Terrible service

Absolutely terrible service and management. Don't come here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee. Apparently management doesn't know how to train their employees, the drink I ordered was completely wrong for being such a simple coffee. The inside was disgusting, papers and mud all over the floors. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in months. Employees in the back goofing off and not even trying to do their job. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars. DISGUSTING!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are rude and incompetent. How hard is it to put coffee in a cup? We waited for over an hour in line all for them to not even have our Mobile order ready. Then had the AUDACITY to give us attitude when we were rightfully upset.

Maybe I'm picky because I worked at a Tim Horton's for 5 years... but God do I hope I was not as stupid as the people who work here.

I know that sounds so mean, but it is oh so true. And these are the people that want $15/hour LOL. Ordered a Bagel BELT - they didn't put the LT on it, but they sure did charge me for it. Got a double double, tasted more like a side of coffee with a cup of sugar. Ordered hashbrowns - sorry we're out....at 9am, only the peak of breakfast time. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel - they only put sausage on it...no egg or cheese. Paid $15 for a shit order. The only thing that was right was the large black iced coffee - and it took the girl that was taking our order at least 2 minutes to understand what we were saying. When we got to the window she was playing on her phone so that pretty much explains the delay in order taking.

I wont be back. Like ever.

I can confidently say this location seems to attract very very angry customers.

The employees do the best they can, poor things.

Overworked and understaffed is the issue here.

Eating in a Ketogenic outline, which means , no carbs, asked if they could put the sausage egg and cheese in a bowl or cup, they said they had to give me what I ordered, then asked if they could just throw it away for me and they said yes , then sent it out with bread and the cheese was stacked to bread, so that was wasted. Acted as if I was crazy, simple and easy request, easy opportunity for good customer service.

Worst Tim Hortons ever... crumby because it's so close to me! Just stopped for a grill cheese and a ice coffee. The grill cheese wasn't even warm. The cheese slices were cold. Didn't even try to eat it. Wish I would have snapped a picture before I tossed it. Was halfway down the road on my way to work or I would have went back. This always happens at this location.
