Beth S.Saint Johns, MI05May 22, 2009First to ReviewThe pros - the staff is really nice and grooming looks great. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes for the grooming to get done. I dropped my pup off at 7:45 am and went to pick her up at 5:00 pm and she wasn't done. They had only given her a bath during that time. I'm not unreasonable about the amount of time it takes to groom animals but that was a deal breaker.
