Great local liquor store with good selection, very helpful owner and staff, and low prices. They aren't like other liquor stores that jack up prices on harder to find liquor - it's always at retail here. As it should be. This is my go to.

I had a pleasant experience here this weekend. Why, you might ask...

1. Through the course of a 20 minute visit, about five different people asked me if I needed help. Now I'd like to think it was because I'm cute, but after the third one it became apparent to me that hospitality and clients are a central focus of this family run business.

2. Joaquin Phoenix works here. Okay, so it's not him, but it's his identical twin brother that happens to be about 10 years younger. Hello hot stuff. And he'll even ask what your celebrating that evening. Drowning my sorrows isn't quite a celebration, but maybe it's not such a bad thing to forget your rock when leaving the house once in awhile.

3. Ever since an opening I attended at Yellow Peril Gallery served me the most delicious bubbly by Saint Hilaire, I have been searching high and low in the state of RI. This is the only liquor store I have found that stocks such a precious bottle packed with power carbonation and balanced flavors.

4. Cleanliness is a priority. The owner and her staff were dusting the wine selection tirelessly.

5. They get things done! I wanted to know the price of a bottle that was missing a tag. Not only did the owner immediately look it up, but she also printed a ticket so the next shopper wouldn't have to ask.

Wines are organized by region as opposed to varietal, which can be nice or confusing, depending on you. All in all, there's much to go back for.

GREAT selection at varying price points. They sell individual beers so I asked if they had 6rack carry cases to build-your-own to which the staff behind the counter literally shrugged and said, "I don't think so?" They couldn't be bothered to actually find out or help me. I would have preferred a simple, "No, sorry." Then when I finally checked out my individual beers rang up at 6pack prices, a very reasonable mistake. The cashier kindly corrected the first one and then proceeded to read me my total again despite the other 5 still being the wrong price. I had to specifically point out each individual beer and the correct price for it.

I get that you go here for booze not service so admittedly if I were in the area I would still shop there, but the experience was obnoxiously difficult for trying to just buy six beers.

I really like this place! Staff are nice and friendly, enjoy the variety of tastings they do. Good location for EG. Great selection of wines and only place I can find an expensive wine I buy for my dad occasionally.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Large selection. Beer and wine for every occasion, easily over a hundred different choices of nips, and tons of unique hard liquors. Not to mention they have multiple registers and ample staff for when it gets busy. Solid place, my go to in East Greenwich especially since it is in walking distance.
