I was checked in right away and the lady in the front desk was very helpful and polite. Technician took about 25 mins or so to diagnose the reefer. It was also very easy to get here. There's also a waiting room and they provide coffee and water.

Brought in San Lorenzo Unified kitchen truck today for refrigerator repair just days before the school year started. They fixed it the same day and now the kids can rely on meals getting to school without mishap. Excellent service.

Just had to stop in for a visit to pick up the van for my place of employment. Upon entering you'll find a bright, large lobby. It's located in that industrial warehouse filled neighborhood so the shiny blue floors and smiling faces are fairly refreshing. All the people we interacted with were helpful, happy, and made the hectic work day just a little better. My co-worker dropped off the van one afternoon, and we were able to come pick it up the next morning fixed without an issue. All good from what I saw, and they gave me coffee!

I have to say for a little smaller place and being in Oakland this place was fast and friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you san leandro thermal king for your outstanding service and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Beware,Very unethical business practices here! Gave me an estimate then when truck was completed doubled the estimate and held truck ransom,Six months and six thousand dollars later system failed and they would not stand behind thier work! Manager Buck is a crook ! Stay away from this location.
