The Ranch at Blue Sky

We had a great dinner with great service. I don't recommend going there for dinner and drinks if you plan on getting a ride home even if it's 5 miles away "Promontory". They don't have service to get you back and a cab or Uber will take over and hour. We learned the hard way.

This is a must!!!! Evan and Greg were amazing!!!! New facility! Absolutely spectacular.

My girlfriends and I wanted to try something new and fun for our girls trip this year, and Blue Sky Ranch definitely delivered!
We stayed in their Yurt for one night, and it was AMAZING! It comes fully loaded, with warm bedding, firewood, plates, napkins, water, the whole shebang! We brought up turkey burgers to grill (on the grill they provide) and then marshmallows to roast on the fire we made on the outdoor fire pit. All in all we had a lovely stay, and talked about doing it again before we had even left on Saturday morning.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun get away, without a lot of everyday distractions (although you do still have cell reception). I am already trying to plan a time I can take my boyfriend back for a romantic weekend. Would be fun for a family trip as well, although maybe bring some games along if you have kids to help keep them entertained.

The only downside is the outhouse, but it was kind of a fun adventure trekking out to the potty with your flashlight at night!

Fantastic yurt getaway! Was looking for a quick overnight trip to change up the normal routine and this was perfect. Arrived early afternoon and was greeted by Troy. He was extremely nice and very helpful. Troy drove us to the yurt and explained where everything was. Within no time we were playing "corn hole", horse shoes, listening to music, and BBQing. I have traveled the world and stayed in MANY yurts and this one takes the cake! The amenities inside the yurt were luxurious and the service was 5-star! Beds were equipped with clean linens and cutlery all provided, even water! Thanks Troy and Blue Sky Ranch for a fantastic evening, look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful place still under development, but worth going. We met the veterinarian and the horse caretaker - both of whom know all about each animal and spend every day caring for them. We had lunch at the High West distillery (limited menu - but delicious choices), tasted a little whiskey and then took a tour of the distillery. Very nice way to spend an afternoon.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time horseback riding. Rudy and Ashley were awesome. My fiancé was nervous as this was her first time riding a horse (let alone up a mountain), and Ashley was simply amazing at helping her get started. The toe of them were extremely friendly, and they clearly loved what they do. We got to take a break midway at a historic 1800s tavern and have some hot chocolate and hot apple cider. Was a great time, and we would highly recommend.

My husband and I went trap shooting and it was loads of fun and our shooting guide was great. Everything is provided along with quick instruction, as I had only gone trap shooting once before.
