Bad return policy and overpriced. Go to Amazon or someplace where you can get a full refund or exchange.

Hi Ian! I am really sorry your disappointed with our policy. A sign is posted by our checkout counter and on the invoice we accept exchanges and credit only, no refunds. We cannot do exchanges on clothes without tags or on shoes that have been worn outside.
Our prices are competitive with Amazon and all other online scrub companies. We provide lots of scrubs at different price points and have created a punch card for customers to work towards earning $20 off their next purchase! Jw S.Cedar Rapids, IA2303Feb 2, 2016First to ReviewThis place caters to the two largest Cedar Rapids hospitals - located near the store. Their prices are the highest in the whole city, which more than offsets our 25% discount.
I went in today to buy a scrub top & was delighted to find that the scrubs were on sale. However, they refused to give me my 25% St. Luke's discount because the scrubs were ALREADY on sale!?

I'm sorry u feel that way! I don't compete with other scrub shops. I also cannot give u 55% off. U did choose the more expensive mens flexible top, but u could have chosen the cheaper material for much less. I have the biggest inventory and variety of scrubs in eastern Iowa with the best scrub companies out there! We have basic scrubs and very fashionable and yes expensive scrubs. Our customer service is superb...we strive to do everything possible to make the experience smooth for our customers!! We go out of our way to order anything a customer wants, we deliver/pick up scrubs for embroidery to a local embroidering company, and we have a seamstress on hand! I do hope u return in the future as I enjoyed working with u!!! :)
3775541928Oct 30, 2016Expensive, crowded, not open realistic hours, limited selection, having to fill out a stupid 3-ply form every time I buy something... I bought $80 Nurse Mates and a few days later, I was gluing them with Gorilla Glue because the shoe was separating from the sole and they wouldn't return them, so it became my ritual to glue my stupid shoes that kept falling apart more and more. Is there a reason why the scrubs cost so much? I have taken to shopping online. I don't make enough money for this. I bought a second pair of Nurse Mates and they didn't fall apart immediately but it's been 2 weeks of my feet killing me, so they're definitely nowhere near as comfy as my last pair.

Stacey F.North Liberty, IA5710Mar 10, 2017Very disappointing. Ordered scrubs ten days ago, was told they would be ordered on Tuesday and in by Thursday. Over and over she reassured me as I needed them on Monday. Guess what? No scrubs, leaving me in a lurch now 3 days before I need them. Was told to come back in and buy something else. Refund requested as I do not want to do business with them. Do not go here, can not trust them. Poor customer service.
