The Greyhound Room

Stopped in and the signboard outside the lobby said "Open to registered guests only." So I got back into my car filled with 4 hungry adults and we took our money elsewhere. Did find a sign that explains the restaurant's unusual name.

Best kept secret south of Green Valley!
Excellent Breakfast for a reasonable price.
Makes Denny's look like school cafeteria food! an a better price.
Still open to the public.

I stay at this RV Park all winter. The Grayhound Room restaurant open for Dinner on at Thrusday, Friday and Saturday nights has great meals at great prices. The broasted chicken on Thrusday is to die for. The also have a bar.

Skip this place! Meatloaf was the special and waited 35 minutes for it. Mediocre at best. Green chili cheeseburger was okay, nothing special. Get your own drinks, tea, water or coffee. No straws. Bar was great!

Very informal, plain surroundings, noisy but not unbearable, positive vibe, well run. You order & pay for order as you enter at door. Food brought out very quickly. Thursday night specials (ribs, chicken or combo) all very tasty. Very inexpensive entrees come with potato of choice, dinner roll, cooked vegetables & dinner salad, all delicious. Wife & I both ate until full & brought home enough for 2 more meals EACH, very generous portions of everything. Serve yourself water, tea, etc. Very attentive & responsive staff if you need assistance. They have a bar but if you want alcohol with meal, you have to go get it at the bar. Restaurant takes credit cards but bar is CASH ONLY. A seldom carrier of much cash, had to tap my wife's hidden stash in her purse to buy a bottle of wine. Wine choices are limited but okay. We had friends tell us positive things about this place in an RV Park. We agree & would highly recommend. Only open seasonally & even then, not all meals, not all days.
